2015 BMW X5 xDrive40e Arrives in Romania at 71,176 Euros

Romanians have developed a high taste for BMW models and now the good news is finally there: the 2015 BMW X5`s plug-in hybrid is available from a good 71,176 euros, all taxes included.

The 2015 BMW X5 xDrive40e is coming with a lot of features in terms of performance as well as with a lot of high-tech gizmos inside the cabin, making it a real flagship model from the entire X5 lineup.

The 2015 BMW X5 xDrive40e is packing the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine, which develops 245 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The unit is backed up by an electric motor which adds up 113 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.

The entire hybrid powertrain produces 313 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque, which makes it sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a good 6.8 seconds, at a topping of 210 km/h. Another impressive figure is achieved in terms of a full electric drive of 120 km/h, with a 3.3L / 100 km/h fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of 78 g/km.

Apart the impressive figures under the hood, the 2015 BMW X5 xDrive40e is also equipped with adaptive suspension system, updated satellite navigation with the BMW i Wallbox which makes the charging process reaching 2 hours and 45 minutes.
