M Performance Parts for BMW 2 Series Revealed

BMW 2 Series is set to have the pole-position in the premium compact segment. We are stating this because the M performance parts developed for the BMW M235i are now present for the BMW`s 2 Series.

First, it would be the BMW M Performance Power Kit for the 220d Coupe increasing the power of the four-cylinder diesel engine by 12kW/16bhp to 147kW/200bhp and torque from 40Nm to 420 Nm.

The M Performance parts are also seen on the retrofit components which were closely designed in collaboration with BMW M GmbH, concerning drivetrain, suspension, aerodynamics and cockpit.

In conjunctions with the M Performance parts, the BMW 2 Series has an improved rear spoiler, with air ducting elements at front and rear which guarantees the perfect aerodynamics balance.

Inside, the cockpit ambience is determined by an M Performance sports steering wheel in Alcantara/carbon finish with red central marking. Also, a Race Display in 12-o`clock position, gear lever and handbrake handle come in carbon as well.

Other interior features include interior strips in carbon and Alcantara, along with high-grade steel pedals and the driver footrest in the same design.
