BMW recalls 21,771 units sold in China due to possible brake issues

The German people from BMW announced a new recall targeting models sold just on the Chinese market. More exactly, we talk about 21,383 BMW cars, including the 5 Series, 6 Series and 7 Series while other 388 Rolls-Royce Phantom units are also included in this recall, but once again to say, the recall is available just for the models told above sold in China.

I don’t know if you already heard the news, but BMW recalled worldwide about 350,000 units due to the same brake problems we are talking now and this 21,771-units recall for China is part of the global BMW recall we talked several days ago.

No complaints were received by BMW since now but if something goes wrong they will have to answer some question and also the brand’s name will be heavily stained. The BMW models affected by this recall are manufactured between December 14, 2001, and November 23, 2009 while the Phantom units, between January 1, 2003, and November 30, 2009.
