BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics limited series production?
According to the German publication Autobild, there are some good chances for the BMW’s Vision Efficient Dynamics to meet the series production but in a limited edition. The Germans from Autobild also claimed that the hybrid supercar will be manufactured in no more than 10,000 units.

For now, BMW didn’t made any announcement in this regard since now. The Vision Efficient Dynamics concept benefits from a hybrid propulsion system made of two electric engines and a turbodiesel. The diesel engine will be a three-cylinder one, with a capacity of 1.5 liters.
Due to the low total mass, of just 1395 kilograms, the BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics develops 356 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque thanks to the hybrid system. The hybrid supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds while the top speed achieved is about 250 km/h. The 1.5-liter turbodiesel engine is placed in the rear, able to develop 163 horsepower and is coupled to a DCT gearbox.
