BMW S1000RR prices

BMW announced the UK price for BMW S1000RR that will be £10,950 . With the sport specifications, it will cost £12,235. The BMW S1000RR sport will have ABS, Gearshift Assist and Dynamic Traction Control. This is what BMW said about BMW S1000RR: “We intend to take the four Japanese head-on. We did not intend to build a motorcycle like Ducati does or KTM does. We wanted to build a mainstream motorcycle.” (source: autoblog).

These are the prices that you can add to improve your motorcycle (source: londonbikes):

* Race ABS is £785
* Race ABS + Dynamic Traction Control is £1,199*
* Gear Shift Assist is £299*
* Anti-theft Alarm is £172
* BMW Motorrad Motorsport colour scheme is £390

It is a big price for this motorcycle but I think there is a reason. We talk about BMW and this motorcycle should be more than great. If I would have a prefered motorcycle, this one would be.

Take a look at other bikes of this quality and equipment. For example the ducatis cost a lot more. And since K100 it’s well known that BMW-engines in bikes are very reliable.
🙁 A lot german people link BMW-bikes with old men, sneaking around every corner and i hope, this will change with this bike or it’s following versions 😉
