BMW 3-Series 320d Video Review by Chris Harris
The famous auto journalist from Autocar magazine, well known for his interesting and highly professional car reviews Chris Harris, has recently launched a video review with the gorgeous BMW 320d, from the 3-Series.
The video is highlighting the extraordinary driving dynamics of the 320d as well as the impressive display of power when dealing with tight corners, for instance. Other interesting features are also showcased, but it is up to you to watch the video asap.
But I think it is also my duty to tell you a little bit more about the already tested BMW 3-Series 320d before watching the video. It is all about the sixth generation of the 3-Series, which brings about a lot of changes in terms of performance, as opposed to the first model revealed a couple of years ago.
In terms of performance, the BMW 320d is taking its power from a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo diesel unit, developing 184 horsepower, available at 4,000 rpm, while the torque stands at 380 Nm, at 1,750 rpm, which makes it quite fast and agile.
We might be talking here about an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h carried out in a good 7.5 seconds, at a topping of an electronically limited 250 km/h. All the power is sent to the rear wheels, but an all drive layout is also available in the 320d xDrive, hooked to an eight-speed automatic double-clutch transmission. Feel free to watch out the video for an impressive ride and tell us what you think!
