BMW Motorrad Unveils BMW S 1000 XR

BMW is not only the world`s leading auto company as it is also involved in the two-wheel business, creating and manufacturing durable and fast superbikes that would compete the toughest companies in the biking industry.

Thus, the BMW` subdivision which deals with motorbikes, the BMW Motorrad, has recently unveiled the latest edition BMW S 1000 XR, which is completing the BMW Motorrad line-up in terms of power and performance.

The BMW S1000 XR abounds with the latest technology and innovation, coming with extraordinary driving capabilities and shaped by an extraordinary and evolutionary design. Apart from that, the model is also considered to be the latest “adventure sport” superbike, thanks to its impressive performance figures.

And since we are in the performance department, the BMW S 1000 RX packs a straight four-cylinder engines, carried out from the S 1000 R roaster, delivering a good 160 horsepower and 112 Nm of torque, achievable at 9,250 rpm. We are thus talking about enough torque and impressive acceleration that would make jealous even a Ducati.

Apart from the performance, the BMW S 1000 RX is also highlighted through a lot of great features in terms of safety and driving dynamics. The S 1000 RX also comes with Automatic Stability Control fitted with banking sensor, while the “Rain” and “Road” modes make the superbike more secured on heavy road conditions.
