BMW 2-Series Active Tourer Rumored to Arrive Overseas in 2015
The BMW 2-Series Active Tourer was recently unveiled to the public and a “leaked online document” has made it clearly that the vehicle will be arriving in the US in 2015.
If you follow the BMW`s plans of bringing several models overseas in the next 12 months, we might state that the rumor might be true.

Of course, so far the Germans based automaker has infirmed this online document, stating that they will make an official announcement at the right time.

To be a reminder, the BMW 2-Series Active Tourer was publicly launched at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show last month, being the company`s first front-wheel MPV.

If we take a closer look at the 2-Series Active Tourer, the model is said to resemble the Ford B-Max model, due to its angular rear. The MPV is also supposed to ride on the MINI platform.
There are several versions to come with the 2-Series Active Tourer. First would be the 218i version with a 3-cylinder petrol burner, which develops 136 horses.
The second version 225i xDrive sports a 2.0-liter petrol engine, outputting 150 horsepower, while other versions like the 220i, the 216d, the 220d and the 220 xDrive, will be also joining the 2-Series lineup.
