First crashed BMW M235i

There are those that, once a new vehicle is launched, just can’t help but wonder how long until the first unit gets its face smashed in.

Not long ago, the internet took in the pictures of the first BMW M235i to be wrecked, or at least the first that made it online.

Judging from the pictures, I’d say this could have been a lot worse, both for the car and the occupants, and I’d even go so far as to say that it is quite far from being totaled. This is a good thing considering the $45.000 price tag.

The details of the accident itself were not revealed, but we suspect it had something to do with the power BMW puts into their models and the choice of RWD systems. The 3.0 liter turbo engine sends 322 Hp to the rear wheels, and such power can sneak up on you if you are not careful. Still, it’s always a shame to see a brand new Bimmer crashed.
