2016 BMW M2 Coupe – Prices Confirmed in Australia

About a week ago, the all-new 2016 BMW M2 Coupe was launched in Australia in two versions, the M2 Pure Edition and the M2 manual, both of them coming with leaked prices.

Now, BMW Australia has officially confirmed those prices. Thus, the M2 Coupe Pure Edition with manual is set at $89,900, while the BMW M2 with DCT auto is available at $98,900.

As aforementioned, the M2 Pure Edition will come with a six-speed manual, while the M2 Coupe will be offered with a manual and a seven-speed dual-clutch auto transmission.

The M2 Pure Edition comes with a wide choice of features as standards, such as the 19-inch alloy wheels, carbon fiber interior, Professional grade navigation, HI-FI sound system with digital radio and more.

The top of the line M2 adds-up more features, like the active headlights, Harman/Kardon sound system, power adjustable seats with heating, alarm system, and so on.

In the engine department, both versions pack the same 3.0-liter turbo inline flat-six engine, with 272 kW and 465 Nm of torque, enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds with a DCT and 4.5 seconds with the manual.
