The German tanks BMW X5 M and X6 M are considered the most powerful SUVs ever built in the entire world, with massive torque and speed achievable in a blink of an eye.

And the video below demonstrates how powerful the BMW X5 M can be, as it simply “flies” from 0 to 240 km/h.

The rate of acceleration seen here is absolutely mind-blowing, the 2,350 kg massive SUV hitting 180 km/h in an impressive time, reminding us of the drag race that took place against the BMW 1M Coupe.

The high-performance of the BMW X5 M is also achieved thanks to the VALVETRONIC and High Precision Direct Petrol Injection, as well as the Low Speed Assistant features, which enhances the torque converter auto.

Under the hood, the BMW X5 M is packing a 4.4-liter V8 unit, developing 567 horsepower and 750 Nm of torque, hooked to the high-precision eight-speed M Steptronic automatic with Drivelogic. This means that the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in made in 4.2seconds, at a topping of 250 km/h.
