All-new BMW M235i spotted on the streets
The sportiest version of the new BMW 2 Series range has been caught on streets during testing. The 2014 BMW M235i is scheduled to be unveiled somewhere next year and will represent the most potent BMW 2 Series.
To be more specific, we expect to see a 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine powertrain producing 322 horsepower and 450Nm of torque. The fastest 0-100 km/h sprint time of 4,8 seconds will be obtained with the automatic transmission while the manual one is 0,2 seconds slower.
In terms of styling, the new BMW M235i will stand out thanks to the revised bumpers, front grille and alloy wheels.
The prototype caught in these spy shots is still wearing a quite thick layer of camouflage, therefore, there is still some development undergoing at the moment.
Until we get more info on the new German model, take a look at the spy photos above for an overview of the exterior styling.
