BMW Z4 sDrive23i Flame Edition for China
BMW prepared yet another special edition for the growing and high demanding Chinese market, the special model being based now on the current Z4 generation. We don’t know if the Chinese customers are exactly the drivers who would prefer a convertible model but they still have the possibility to choose from the various special editions of the high-performance M3 already available in the market.

Without any surprise we find out that the Flame Edition benefits only from styling improvements while there are no performance upgrades. The BMW Z4 sDrive23i is powered by a 2.5-liter petrol unit able to deliver 204 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.
With such resources, the BMW Z4 hardtop roadster sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 7,3 seconds, decent performance for a two-seater. In terms of styling improvements, the BMW Z4 Flame Edition gets a new yellow finish at the exterior along with new sets of alloy wheels.

The interior keeps the same yellow finish for the lower part of the dashboard but also provides Alcantara and leather for the seats and center panels. Unfortunately, BMW provided only two renderings showing the interior and exterior of the special edition of the German model.
