
2015 BMW i8 MSRP Prices Announced in US
BMW has recently announced the MSRP prices for the i8 plug-in hybrid on the United States market, which will become available in its dealerships starting June. One of BMW`s dealerships in US, JMK BMW, New Jersey, has also announced the availability of the BMW i8.
The 2015 BMW i8 will come with a base price of $136,500 in US, without counting the $950 destination and handling fees. The model will come with four packages, each one coming with additional prices. For instance, the Mega package will come standard, while the Giga package will set you back at $2,000, the Tera will cost a higher $3,000, and the Purse Impulse will be set at $10,800.

The 2015 BMW i8 will also be available in four exterior paintjobs, like the Protonic Blue, Ionic Silver, Crystal White and Sophisto Grey. Other than that, BMW will release 1,000 i8 vehicles on the market, this year alone, so if it happens to live in the US and love the model, just head to your nearest BMW dealership and make your deposit now.

As a short reminder, the BMW i8 “green” sports car is taking its power from a hybrid synchronous motor under the hood, developing 131 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.The synchronous motor is also backed by an I3 1.5-liter turbo unit, developing an additional 228 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque, outputting a total of 357 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque.

Before going the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, BMW has also added up some interesting features on the BMW i8.
