2017 BMW M2 CSL Rendering Pops-Up Online

The hotter version M2 CSL of the upcoming 2016 BMW M2, which will debut at the 205 Frankfurt Motor Show, is making a come-back with a rendering signed by the guys from TopSpeed online auto magazine. The rendering is trying to give us a clue on how the model will look like when it will be launched next year.

In fact, the rendering with the upcoming 2017 BMW M2 CSL is based on the regular BMW M2, but the guys tried to make it more imposing and muscular, by adding an M racing livery as well as an aero kit. And the result can be seen above.

When it will arrive, the genuine 2017 BMW M2 CSL will come with a lightweight platform, thanks to the multitude of carbon fiber and aluminum composites, which would make it lighter and faster than the new BMW M2.

According to the latest news, the 2017 BMW M2 CSL will pack a straight-six turbo petrol unit under the hood, which would output more than 400 horsepower. Add up the new suspension and braking systems, and we will have a real mean machine. But until further notifications, enjoy this simple yet interesting rendering with the BMW M2 CSL!
