BMW German based luxury automaker has already proven to all of us that you don’t have to be expensive, in order to be luxurious, showing to us that the BMW 3-Series is no exception from the rule.

We are talking about the 2011 BMW 3-Series Sedan winning the first place on Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com list of the 10 Best Certified Pre-Owned Luxury Cars Under $30,000.

As KBB.com states, there was a serious selection process carried out concerning the 10 standouts models that were entitled of winning the aforementioned title.
