If you read bmwcoop.com, you should already know that BMW wants to sell 1.000 cars represented by ActiveHybrid 7 Series and ActiveHybrid X6. In this post I will talk to you about the presentation of BMW ActiveHybrid 7 at Frankfurt Auto Show. It is not a full hybrid vehicle but it has an electric engine.

BMW fans who were at 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show, wrote on the internet that BMW ActiveHybrid 7 Series makes almost no noise. The 4.4 V8 engine from BMW ActiveHybrid 7 Series develops 449 horsepower and 479 lb-ft. After the release from Frankfurt Auto Show, BMW will make many other models of ActiveHybrid 7 Series.

This car looks great and for a hybrid vehicle, is much more than I would ever expect. The objective of BMW to sell 1.000 ActiveHybrid will be very easy to accomplish and in my opinion, very easy to overcome. As you probably already know if you are a BMW fan, many BMW models were released at Frankfurt Auto Show 2009 and one of them is BMW X1. This BMW SUV is called X1 (the smallest number between BMW X Series) because it is the smallest SUV built by BMW but also the newest one (at the moment of course).

BMW X1 SUV will get into production  in October and people expect to replace BMW X3 SUV because X1 is more cheaper and belongs to a new generation of cars. If you ask me, I would choose BMW X1 instead of X3 because BMW X1 is almost at the same sizes, the X1 engine upgrades are cheaper than the X3 engine upgrades.

I think I can afford a BMW X1 in the future because is way too cheaper if you think at a BMW SUV. The cheaper version of BMW X1 is €27,200 and the most expensive one is €32,400 so at second hand I think I can find a BMW X1 under €20,000. You can see the prices here.

BMW X6 ActiveHybrid is the first full-hybrid of BMW. This hybrid accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds with a top speed of 130 mph. This is a very heavy car but considering that it is a SUV and probably the electric motors are also quite heavy. The transmission is a 7 speed automatic gearbox.

BMW ActiveHybrid X6 got a 4.4 liter twin turbocharged V8 engine. It is also more cheaper at fuel economy with 20 percent less as the standard models. Having two electric motors, it develops 480 hp and 575 lb-ft of torque. Considering that is an ActiveHybrid, it is quite impressive the developed power.

It can travel using only the electric engines up top 37 miles per hour. If you want to save the planet but at the same you would like some great power from your car, BMW X6 ActiveHybrid would be the perfect choice. I don’t really know if BMW X6 ActiveHybrid got solar panels, but if it does, this car would be more than perfect.

BMW Vision EfficientDynamics is one of the greatest concepts made by BMW. As you can see it was revealed at the Frankfurt Auto Show. More exactly, at the end, BMW Vision EfficientDynamics appeared. The man that concerned on the unvealig was CEO Dr. Robert Reithofer. This car can be used with few ejaculations gas field.

This car represents the future generation of cars looking from any angle. The rims are very special, I didn’t see them so far on any concept BMW. For full-hybrid drive you can use only the two electric engines and combined with combustion, it uses 3.76 liter/100 kilometers.

I said before and I will say it again, I love this concept for his consumption, for the futuristic design and for the thing that it has almost nothing on it that a normal car does. A reader of Carscoop captured some pictures of formidable BMW 5 Series GT which will be officially launched at Frankfurt Motor Show this year. After I saw these pictures, I was surprised how the car looks so aggressive and sportier, but it’s still a BMW.

It seems that BMW 5 Series GT is equipped with a exterior sportpackage, the color is excellent, and then see how the BMW logo is hidden. It seems one of the best BMW cars ever built.

BMW 5 Series GT enters the market at the end of this year and will go in three variants: BMW 530D GT (3.0 liter – 245hp), BMW 535i GT (306hp), respectively BMW 550i GT that will be equipped with a 4.4l V8 engine developing 407hp.
