According to Bimmer Today online magazine, the 7-Series will borrow the 5-Series` updated infotainment system and tons of assistance features, including the BMW Personal CoPilot, a rare sight at the time the flagship model was launched.

Even if BMW defined the newly unveiled 2016 BMW 7-Series as the most luxurious and powerful within its class, there are still versions that haven’t received the best appreciation from the public, and that`s because they somehow lacked the rest of the lineup`s top features.

And one particular model that hasn’t been that much appreciated is the 750Li, with BMW purists releasing it from the flagship list. Even so, the model can be dressed out with M Performance Parts which might bring it closer to a high-end version.

And the example below is worthy of wearing the 7-Series badge, as it was recently put for display at BMW`s most prestigious dealership in Abu Dhabi.

The model is visibly striking from the start with the new Singapore Grey exterior colour and the 3D Design front spoiler, adding other features which makes it a genuine 7 Series model.

With the M Performance Parts, the exterior looks sportier than ever, especially with the 21-inch M Performance two-tone alloy wheels, M Performance Boot spoiler, M Performance Black Kidney Grilles, or the M side sills.

Inside, it feels more luxurious thanks to the wood inserts or the light brown leather configuration for the door panels, lower dashboard or the seats. Not to mention the M Performance Pedal set which also gives the cabin a distinctive and sportier look.

And no matter what other thinks, I still find this particular version extremely powerful for its high-class attitude. We are looking here at a V8 engine capable of delivering 445 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, and coming with a good acceleration, and that despite its massive body weight. We are looking here at just 4.5 seconds, which brings it closer to an M2 or M3.

While some of the newest editions from BMW are being tested out outside Munich, others are currently being presented at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show. It is also the case of the all-new M760i xDrive which arrived at the company`s stand in prices and details.

The BMW M760i xDrive is set to have a starting price of $153,800 without the $995 destination fee, making almost twice expensive compared to the standard 740i, or around 50 percent more than the 750i. On the other hand, the Alpina B7 is less expensive with $16,800.

A thorough comparison has been also made when it comes to meeting its direct competitors, the Mercedes-AMG S63 or AMG S65, Rolls-Royce Ghost or Wraith, Audi A8 L, or other models from Bentley or Aston Martin.

To make things a little bit easier for you, the M760i adds $9,100 compared to the Mercedes-AMG S63 yet $16,950 less expensive than the S600. The AMG S65 also costs more with around $73,000.

So, the new BMW M760i xDrive is indeed a good alternative for some of the aforementioned models, including those from Bentley or Aston Martin, especially if we are talking here about performance.

As you probably know, the M760i xDrive is injected with an M Performance treatment, meaning that it comes with a massive 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, good for 600 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, mostly revolving around the same kind of power seen on a Rolls-Royce Ghost, for instance. This makes is run like hell from 0 to 100 km/h, meaning just 3.6 seconds.

Even if this is a dedicated BMW site, we will try to be as objective as we can, without spoiling the real facts that involve three luxurious models, perhaps the most luxurious models found on the market today.

The 15-minute video below is highlighting the exquisite features that the BMW 7-Series, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and the all-new Audi A8 are coming with, showcasing their classy exterior, luxurious and technology-tweaked interior, as well as impressive performance under the hood. So, it will be extremely difficult to point out which one is the best out there.

We would sit here and chitchat forever and will eventually miss the whole point, otherwise thoroughly explained in the video below. There are however a few words that should be addressed in favor of all the above luxurious models.

Each one comes with its own ups and downs, but there is one particular thing that all have in common, and that would be their extremely luxurious interiors. All of them feature the highest-end materials, boasting with the latest technology.

Even if the spots are on the BMW 7-Series, which is indeed the embodiment of the latest technology, the review does demonstrate that the model is not completely above the other two models. While the 7 –Series is extremely high-tech and provides the best levels of comfort, the Audi A8 on the other side, excites the audience with advanced aerodynamics and the latest driving capabilities.

Let`s not forget the Mercedes-Benz S-Class which offers as well as superior feel and increase personality with the plethora of gizmos inside. All of them are highlighted in the video review below, so it is a matter of personal choice to decide which one is…or should be….the most luxurious model in the class.

We have covered a few stories with different carmakers preparing their special rides for the upcoming 2016 SEMA show, taking place in Las Vegas starting the 1st of November, and it was just a matter of time until we would hear good news from BMW.

And yes, the German based carmaker has recently let us know, through some teasers images, that it will arrive in style at the show with some M models, tweaking M Performance Parts and new features inside.

One particular model that we have anticipated for a show-off in Las Vegas is the one-and-only BMW M3, the model now coming with a standout styling, highlighted by a prominent carbon fiber front end and rear, adding carbon rear wing, and the same composite around the diffuser. Other important characteristics refer to custom exhaust pipes.

Inside, the cabin also sports carbon fiber on the gear shifter and around the iDrive controller, handbrake and more.

According to recent reports, there might also be a second M3 coming with the same carbon fiber, with the main highlights on the rear spoiler; but, unfortunately, the teasers only reveal the rear end, which might also belong to a standard 3 Series and not another M3.

The BMW 7 Series could not have missed the show, the carmaker preparing the model with some unique features that would differentiate it from the standard car. We are looking here at black kidney grilles, black diffuser and panel blades, carbon fiber mirror caps, M Performance decals, as well as the 21-inch alloy wheels. We should also expect some customized models from Alpina as well.

Not only China market gets to enjoy the plethora of high-end and long-wheelbase BMW models, the carmaker also delivering luxurious and modified products to Japan as well. It is also the case of this below 7-Series long-wheelbase 750Li version, looking smashing with the Rose Quarts exterior colour.

We are looking here at an exclusive and limited edition – so far we don’t know how many units will be available – which will cost ¥20,190,000, the equivalent of $194,500. The luxurious model will be officially unveiled on the 2th of November, at an event taking place at Ritz-Carlton Osaka hotel.

As we can depict from the photos below, the BMW 7-Series Rose Quarts comes with exclusive features at the exterior as well as inside.

Besides the body wrap from BMW Individual catalog, the car`s main highlights also refer to the standout 20-inch alloy wheels and some fresh styling bits taken from the same catalog.

Inside, the cabin looks extremely luxurious, and even if BMW Japan has not offered us some insights, we still could get our hands on a bunch of details. We are looking here at a wrap-around cabin with fine-grain Merino leather with Smoke White Alcantara roof lining, adding Ash Grain black wood trim with red accents on the dashboard, multi-function leather steering wheel with the same wood trim, and other high-end features from BMW Individual catalog.

The cabin also comes with other tweaks and technology, including the 16-speaker Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system, Executive Lounge Seating with heated rear seats and massage functions, Sky Lounge panoramic glass sunroof and much more.

Under the hood, the 7-Series Rose Quartz special edition comes with the same 4.4-liter V8 twin-turbo engine, delivering 450 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque, being sent to the rear axle via a high-performance eight-speed automatic transmission. The model delivers a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a good 4.7 seconds, at a topping of 250 km/h.

BMW carmaker has big plans with its entire model range, planning big changes with the big league. It will slot the future and more potent BMW X7, being also reported to release a more luxurious BMW 8-Series in a couple of years, which would replace the 6-Series until a new generation will arrive.

The upcoming of the future BMW 8-Series is not new, the test mule already being spied in photos and reviewed in different reports.

The latest reports state that the all-new BMW 8-Series will be based on the 7-Series, and will come with a two- and a four-door body styling, along with their convertible versions, riding on the same CLAR platform, also underpinning the 7-Series and other high-end models. Also, it will become the official replacement of the 6-Series, at least until the new-generation model would emerge in 2019.

The BMW 8-Series` CLAR platform will boast with carbon fiber and aluminum composites, making it much lighter and making the cabin`s interior much more wider than the current 7-Series.

In the engine department, the all-new 8-Series is also likely to borrow the powertrain lineup from the 7-Series, adding base diesels as well as a top of the line 850i with the company`s high-performance 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.

Once it will emerge on the market, the BMW 8-Series will become the direct rival of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe and Convertible.

The 2016 BMW 7-Series is one of the most outstanding luxurious vehicles ever built by the Bavarian carmaker, both in the G11/G12 models, coming with extraordinary design language and state-of-the-art technology in every way.

But I have never in my life seen a 2016 7-Series receiving customized features from a tuning program. However, 3D Design, a regular BMW tuner, has taken matter into its own hands and decided to fit this below 2016 7-Series with a one-off program.

We are dealing here with exquisite design, complemented by the add-on front spoiler lip for the front bumper, as well as rear spoiler attached to the rear trunk, making the overall design much aggressive.

Other main highlights refer to the new M Sport package elements, like gloss black exterior with kidney grilles, smoked lights, sport M bumpers with wide front air intakes, fresh mirror caps, side skirts and the new M alloy wheels.

In the engine department, the base 730d is powered by a 3.0-liter turbo-diesel inline engine with 195 kW and 620 Nm of torque, with 6.1 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

The 2016 BMW 7-Series 740i versions comes with a petrol burner of the same 3.0-liter turbo engine, but with a higher 240 kW and 450 Nm of torque. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is done in 5.5 seconds in the 740i and 5.6 seconds in the 740Li.

The top 750i versions will feature a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 330 kW and 650 Nm of torque. Both have an acceleration of 4.7 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

BMW is celebrating 100 years of existence on the market with a lot of anniversary models to be launched so far. Their latest exclusive edition is the 7-Series “THE NEXT 100 YEARS” which will be built in a limited of 100 units worldwide.

In terms of visuals, this BMW 7-Series limited edition is coming with an exclusive Centennial Blue Metallic color, complemented by the forged 20-inch alloy wheels or the signets on the B pillars with “THE NEXT 100 YEARS” lettering, which can also be found inside the cabin.

Inside, the cabin is fully tweaked with the BMW Individual grain Merino leather upholstery, quilted seats with hand-woven piping, adding Alcantara headliner, piano black trim, as well as the BMW Individual steering wheel with wood trims.

The center console is also engraved with the “1 of 100” inscription along with the same “THE NEXT 100 YEARS” lettering on the headrests.
