A BMW M6 Coupe in purple paintjob was recently spotted in Zurich, Switzerland, the powerful sports car wearing the label of the famous G-Power tuning company.

As seen in the photos, we might consider this M6 Coupe being rather odd, as it sports an odd and flashy color, under which stands some hidden power upgrades.

The G-Power tuning is well-known for its powertrain upgrades, and besides the purple color, this BMW M6 Coupe has also been tuned up under the hood.

Unfortunately we are not sure of the power kit used by the G-Power tuner, but we might guess a raised 640 horsepower or even 740 horses under the hood.

The 2014 BMW M6 Coupe, in the standard version, is packed by a 4.4-liter V8 unit with the BMW`s M TwinPower Turbo technology, the model also tweaking a high-performance kit.

The performance kit includes cross-bank exhaust manifold, High Precision Direct Petrol Injection, as well as the VALVETRONIC variable valve control.

The 4.4-liter unit develops thus 560 horsepower, between 6,000 and 7,000 rpm, while the peak of torque stands at impressive 680 Nm, from 1,500 rpm.

The year 2013 turned out to be one of the greatest years ever for the almighty BMW luxury car manufacturer in New Zealand. This is the reason that company will be providing New Zealand with plenty of cars next year as well.

The BMW is preparing the cars expected for the 2014, models which include the all-electric i3, the convertible version of the 4 Series, the 2 Series and the most performing vehicles – the M3 sedan and M4 Coupe.

As I have written previously, the two M cars will be first displayed at the Detroit Motor Show in January, and BMW will also put on a show the new refined X1 compact SUV and the Z4 roadster.

In New Zealand, in the middle of the next year, the BMW will launch the favorite M3 and M4 models that carry a straight six-cylinder engine with M TwinPower Turbo technology that deliver 317kW.

Nina Englert, BMW NZ’s managing director said: “New Zealanders’ appetite for attractive, highly specified and dynamically superior new BMW models has never been stronger.”

Having these said, it`s no wonder that the BMW will still be a killer and the year to come in New Zealand.
