If few days ago the Bavarian from BMW officially introduced the new 6 Series Coupe F12 ahead its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show, today, another Germans, but this time from Prior Design, decided to give us a sneak peek on the first tuning kit designed for the new generation 6 Series.

From the start, Prior Design states that we face an aerodynamic kit and there are no details about any improvements available under the bonnet for the German coupe.

Even the details are few, and the tuners released just the image above, we can analyze a little the tweaks brought by this package as we get almost a full perspective of the exterior improvements.

The front part gets a revised front bumper with large air intakes and a pair of daytime running LED lights, a revised hood with air intakes too and a carbon fiber lip. Huge alloy wheels with a black finish are available too alongside a carbon fiber diffuser in the rear and a quad-pipe exhaust system. Prior Design claims that the package is still under development and more details are on their way.

With its official debut on the U.S. market later this year, the new BMW 6 Series Coupe, codenamed F12, is getting revealed by the Germans from BMW. At a glance, you see that the Bavarians opted for the famous shark nose, which is the prolonged front part if you are not common with the expression.

Obviously, the design of the new 6 Series Coupe has evolved and presents a more aggressive perspective. The new German model gets bi-xenon headlights while in the rear the model comes with a dual-pipe exhaust system, LED light and also a spoiler placed on the trunk lid.

Switching to the interior, the new BMW 6 Series Coupe is fitted with aluminum and wood trim, Dakota leather seats, a panoramic sunroof and other high quality materials stately for a premium coupe. A 10.2-inch GPS navigation system is also available alongside a Bang & Olufsen audio system and heated seats, but these are just on the optional list.

The new 6 Series Coupe offers a load capacity of 460 liters while inside you get a bunch of driver assist systems such as parking assist, rear-view and night vision camera but also the head-up display. Shortly after the convertible version of the new generation 6 Series had been unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show, the latest spy shots reveal us the coupe version of the new generation, codenamed F12.

Even the new BMW 6 Series Coupe (F12) will be unveiled at the incoming Geneva Motor Show or later at Frakfurt, we know for sure that the model is very close to debut, especially considering that its testing process rechead an advanced stage as we see the model undistinguished.

Together either with six-speed manual or eight-speed automatic transmissions, the new 6 Series Coupe should came with almost the same engines as its already revealed convertible brother, for the beginning the turbocharged 400-horsepower V8 engine being most likely to fit the 650i version of the new German coupe.

The new BMW 6 Series Coupe gets some lines inspired from the BMW Concept 6 Series Coupe unveiled last year at Paris. In conclusion, we can expect to see the new coupe earliest at Geneva Motor Show.

The coupe version of the next-generation 6 Series, codenamed F12, was caught in these spy shots while was tested by the German drivers at BMW. The new 6 Series generation expected to enter the market somewhere in 2011 is based on the current BMW’s 5 Series F10 generation but got slighty bigger dimensions comparing to the actual generation that is about to make room for the model in photos.

The spied 6 Series F12 is still under serious camouflage so there are not any surprising details revealed, we can note only the two-pipe exhaust with a stylish shape.

There are also some rumors on the engine range that will be available for the future 6 Series generation, the model might receive the xDrive system, as the manufacturer showed the intention to introduce the xDrive all-wheel drive on more and more models.
