Ever since its unveiling on the market a couple of months ago, the all-new and hardcore BMW M4 GTS hes been put through endless tests, which tried out its extreme capabilities on the tracks or on the roads.

Altogether, specialists and journalists around the world have put this lad to harsh tests, eventually recognizing its sheer power and impressive performance in straight lines.

The latest video test comes from Motor Sport, the journalists wanted to demonstrate the car`s top speed and performance figures. We usually see a car accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h, or from 0 to 200 km/h, with performance figures analyses afterwards.

This time, Motor Sport had a different approach. To test out the car`s impressive performance and power, the journalists provided an acceleration from 0 to 255 km/h, the car running the whole line in less than 23 seconds.

This means that the car could easily reach 300 km/h in around 32 seconds. But for that part, Motor Sport would have to do another round. Anyway, the idea was to test out the M4 GTS at different speeds in different conditions. And if you know the car`s handling and controlling the rear axle, then you could be looking here at an extremely high-performance model.

It`s aggressive, it`s powerful and it runs like hell from 0 to 100 km/h: it is the hardcore BMW M4 GTS, the most impressive M4 that the German carmaker has ever built.

And what better way to admire the beauty of this pure stallion then seeing it proving its agility on a track? The guys from Auto Bild Sportscars have decided to put the GTS to a hard test on the track at Sachsenring, which is their testing place for different hardcore versions.

After a couple warm-up laps, it was high time for a sheer display of force and rapidity. And as we can depict from the video below, the BMW M4 GTS managed a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds, which makes it 0.3 second faster than the M4 with the DCT.

The entire performance was achieved thanks to the car`s upgraded S55 engine which uses water injection to develop an astonishing 500 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque. Also, as we can observe in the same video, the M4 GTS also manages to reach a top speed of an amazing 280 km/h.

And it could have reached a total of 305 km/h if fitted with the M Driver`s Package. But I guess that wasn’t the case for this tested model.

Well, we are not going to spoil all the fun, instead, enjoy the video with the impressive acceleration of the one-off BMW M4 GTS!
