Thanks to a Dutch newspaper, NRC Handelsblad more exactly, we get the opportunity to see how the BMW 6 Series Coupe (F12) fitted with the M Sport package will look like. It’s true that we got a glimpse about three weeks ago when we have been delivered some spy photos with the prototype in question, but this time we know that we see an official image.

At that time, we were told that the model being tested it’s not benefiting from all the components available, thus, we can get a complete idea on the M Sport package now.

At the exterior, the M Sport package offers revised front and rear bumpers, new side skirts, a new sport exhaust system, daytime running LED lights, LED fog lamps integrated into the front bumper and a new set of alloy wheels. Inside, some improvements such as an M steering wheel, new sport seats, aluminum pedals and Alcantara upholstery can be seen.

In terms of power, the first details announce no improvements under the bonnet, the same 4.4-liter V8 developing the same amount of power being suggested.

BMW released new details on the M Sport package that will be available for the German Coupe. Actually, a prototype wearing the M clothes has been spotted recently in Germany, a model coming with few aesthetic improvements such as new front and rear bumpers and side skirts.

At that time we didn’t knew for sure when the M Sport package will be available but we assumed that it will debut somewhere next year. Well, BMW stated that from the first day you can opt for the M package, the BMW 6 Series Coupe being scheduled to enter the market in September.

When BMW introduced the new 6 Series Coupe, they revealed the specs of the 650i version. BMW 650i F12 comes with a 4.4-liter V8 offering 400 horsepower and 610 Nm of torque. The V8 is packed together with an eight-speed automatic transmission that facilitates the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,8 seconds while the top speed is limited at 250 km/h.

For now, there are no details about the diesel unit that will be available for the new 6 Series Coupe, however we know that the European customers will get the diesel version from the first day.

The new BMW 6 Series Coupe (F12) has been revealed about two weeks ago and already the German specialists from Prior Design decided to release the first details on a tuning kit starring the new-generation 6 Series.

This time, the Bavarians from BMW took for a ride the new 6 Series Coupe but fitted with the M Sport package. From the first details we know that the M Sport package brings no performance upgrades, thus, the 4.4-liter V8 manages to develop the same 402 horsepower and 600 Nm of torque sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 4,9 seconds.

Thus, the M Sport package that fits the German Coupe and is set for debut somewhere next year, will benefit only from some minor aesthetic tweaks, mainly the camouflaged parts such as the front and rear bumpers but also the side skirts.

No details about the interior improvements that are available but expect to see a new sport steering wheel, maybe a new set of sport seats and M logos.
