There are a few BMW oriented tuners out there, like Alpina or AC Schnitzer, and their products are not just aesthetically pleasing, but also high quality.

Still, there are a lot of non-specialized tuners that have a lot to offer for the discerning customer.

A very good example would be Vilner, a Bulgarian company that specializes in interiors, and I have yet to see an ugly car to come out of their hands. There is also a similar company that hails from Poland, and also likes to fiddle with the inside, and they go by the name Carlex Design.

Carlex Design is not quite as well know as Vilner, but if we are to judge from the splendid work they did on this BMW 4 Series, we could say the future looks bright form them. They went with some high grade, natural black leather, nicely stitched together with red thread and even a few carbon fiber pieces here and there. Overall, a nice improvement.

BMW is being tested by a lot of designers these days, to give its cars unique looks and extravagant features in terms of performance.

It is also the case of the BMW 4 Series which could be seen at the 2014 Tokyo Auto Salon with some interesting design offered by the Japanese guys from 3D Design.

The new M Sport kit that the 4 Series received concerns a new front fascia with fresh carbon fiber front lip. On the sides of the car, the 3D Design has brought new splitters, with a trunk spoiler and new diffuser at the back.

All the materials found on the car are made of urethane and carbon fiber, which brought the car into the spotlights at the biggest auto show in Japan.

The BMW 4 Series is also proud to wear a quad-tip sports exhaust taken from Arqray, which is another Japanese tuning company, along with some new rims.

The problem is that the new kit cannot be purchased in the US, but will land in the United States through their collaborator, iND Distribution soon enough.

The German tuners at JMS released first details for their upcoming tuning kit for the BMW 4 Series Coupe. The new Bavarian model is going to benefit from a comprehensive package including both performance and styling tweaks.

In terms of power, JMS promises a wide range of modifications which include a sports exhaust system and revised ECU unit.

Even there are no further details, the performance boost should improve the 0-100 km/h sprint time alongside throttle response tweaks and other fine tuning modifications.

“In October, the new generation of the 4-series Coupe F32 roll to the dealers. But even now the jms styling experts have ready a spectacular design concept,” says the company.

At the exterior, the German model will benefit from a new front lip spoiler, a new set of 20-inch Schmidt Revolution wheels and a lowered ground clearance. We talk about a KW coilover suspension capable to reduce the ride by 55mm (front) and 45mm (rear).
