For those that own a BMW 335i or plan to buy one, I have some good news from BMW. An M Performance kit was released to upgrade your ride.

So what does it offer and for how much? Well I can tell you that the upgrade in performance comes for at least 1.100 dollars and it offers a few things.

First off, you can add 20 more horses under the hood, up to a 320hp. Depending on your gear box, you will get more torque as well: 43Nm more for the automatic and only 23Nm more for the manual. These come thanks to a new ECU and air intake system.

The kit, purchasable from any authorized dealer, will also give you some M-bagde trim pieces as well as a modified exhaust. You know, for a better soundtrack when you’re out there. Some fiddling with the throttle pedal also brought a sharper respose.

So there you have, the M Performance kit for your BMW 335i. If you want it, you can now get it for your models down to 2012 generation.

BMW 335i received a performance tuning kit, named “Black Scorpion”, by the Germans at MR Car Design but also some minor visual improvements. Through recalibrating the ECU unit of the model, mounting a new intercooler and an improved evacuation system, with a price tag of 2598 euro, you will benefit from extra 100 horsepower and an additional torque amount of 130 Nm.

Thus, MR Car Design tuner managed to rise the power of the German model from 306 hp and 400Nm to 406 hp and 530 Nm of torque thanks to the modifications told below. The MR Car Design “Black Scorpion” BMW 335i features a KW coilover V3 suspension kit, the V1 version also available for extra 929 euro.

The model got a black bodypaint with some 20-inch Breyton Spirit rims in the same colour but also an original M3 hood totaling a price of 2.548 euro. High-performance tires of 235/30-20 and 285/25-20 are fitted on the 20-inch rims supplied by Breyton.

People living in the Republic of South Africa will be getting a treat from BMW because the bavarian manufacturer is going to produce a limited batch of the 3 Series sedan which has been labeled Dynamic Edition.

As you will soon see, BMW decided on the magical number 3, since the Dynamic Edition is available only for the BMW 320i, 335i and the 320d. This limited edition mixes elements found on the M Sport Model and performance carbon fibre trademarked by BMW, like the mirrors and spoilers. The interior has also been changed, having for example Royal Blue floor mats and alcantara covering made specifically for the Dynamic Edition. ConnectedDrive will take care of your entertainment needs as well as your mobile phone so that you can keep your eyes on the road for safety.

There are three coats of paint to choose from, starting with Blue Water Metallic, Alpine White and Space Grey Metallic.

If what you’ve read sounds appealing to you, know that you’d better act quick, as BMW limited the Dynamic Edition to only 300 units. No price has been released yet, but expect to pay quite a few dollars (or are they rands?) for it.

As you see, BMW is very active in the past time in the low number of series or better said, about the BMW 1 Series and also about the BMW 3 Series as you can see in the title. Anyway, rarely we hear some new things about the BMW 7 Series or about the SUVs from BMW.

This BMW 335is is expected to slot above the BMW 335i and also below the BMW M3. It is expected that the BMW 335is to develop 340 horsepower and also a maximum torque of 332 lb-ft or with overboost being able to develop 369 lb-ft.

This is another tuning for BMW and probably the first time when we talk about a convertible BMW tuned. You don’t know what to say if there are many new things at this tuned model or if not but one thing is sure: it makes this BMW 3 Series to look awesome even if it was also looking good also as a stock car.

A very nice and important update is the wheels, I won’t tell you details about them because you can also find them on google. I want to tell you that it has under the hood a stock 3.0 liter twin turbo engine that can develop up to 345 horsepower and 498Nm in power level one.

The power level two’s engine can develop up to 362 horsepower and 536Nm, with 19 horsepower more than the previous version of M3 E46. This is not a various tuning but is simple, nice and professional.

At the Geneva motor show, BMW will present the new performance kit wich will boost the 3.0 liter engine from 135i and 535i. The engine have been upgraded with 20 hp so from 300 hp will be upgraded at 320 hp. The torque is 317 lb-ft at the manual gearbox and 332 lb-ft at the automatic gearbox.

This new performance kit will come with an additional radiator on the outside of the engine and air flow ducts to help cool the engine. This new kit is available on the following models: 335i Convertible, 135i Convertible, 335i Coupé, 135i Coupé, 335i Touring and 335i Saloon.

This new performance kit really attracts my attention on these two models. Personally, these are the models that I can afford and that I love. The old versions of 3 Series can be found at second hand under a 2000 euros and the 1 Series have the aspect that makes me wish a car like this even more than a X6 and any other expensive car.
