The BMW`s first plug-in hybrid i8 model has been recently wrapped with the one-off set of wheels from the famous Vossen aftermarket shop.

Hundreds of BMW i8s have been customized so far, the hot model receiving new body kits and new set of wheels, which would make it a real standout car. It is also the case of this white BMW i8 which is now looking sensational with the Vossen wheels.

We are dealing here at a set of multi-spoke VPS-305 forged aluminum wheels, sized 22×9.5 front and 22×10.5 rear end, all coming with a black finish and the red Vossen logo. The wheels also complement the car`s exterior Crystal White color. The model has also received new lowering springs, which make it look more menacing.

The BMW i8 plug-in hybrid was first unveiled in 2013, the model coming with a 1.5-liter with three-cylinder turbocharged TwinPower Turbo petrol burner, hooked to the BMW`s eDrive technology electric drive system.

The 1.5-liter unit develops 231 horsepower, while the electric drive provides an extra 131 horsepower, sending the power to the front wheels, and allowing the car an all-electric mile range of up to 35 kilometers.

The 2015 BMW M4 Coupe continues to be on a high role, as the model in question was also the star of another upgraded package, signed by the famous Vossen tuning company.
