The Mineral Gray F82 BMW M4 seen here is wearing the signature of iND Distribution tuner plus a couple of other tuners, which have brought their contribution in making this lad here really exceptional and ready for the track. The visual improvements are quite outstanding and first refer to the APR Performance Front Splitter/Air Dam, made entirely out of carbon fiber material, which increases its durability and reduces lift. It also provides more stability and better traction while cornering and other road situations.

The front splitter also comes with an aerodynamic splitter, adding as well the BBS FI-R alloy wheels finished in Matte Black, creating a more aggressive look to the car`s overall design. Besides the wheels, this model also comes with a high-performance suspension system.

We are looking here at the Ohlins Road & Track suspension which allows for a better and more comfortable driving on the roads or tracks. Other visual features also include iND Distribution carbon fiber grilles and gills, as well as the new rear diffuser from Vorsteiner tuner.

Even if for the moment, at least, the 2016 BMW 7-Series lacks a much more potent M model, there is one particular variant that has to offer lots of performance and torque, not to mention some new special parts and mechanics from BMW`s M division.

That particular model would be the already highlighted and previewed in tens of reviews M760Li xDrive, the model popping-up in an impressive video.

The 360-degree video below is showcasing BMW DTM Champion Marco Wittman taking the BMW 760Li xDrive out for a spin on the Thermal Club track. And you don’t need to know any advanced mechanics to hear the car`s impressive engine growl while pushing the pedal to the metal.

You could actually feel the car`s powerful V12 bi-turbo engine squeezing its sheer torque, giving you shivers down the spine as if you were actually there.

The 2016 BMW M760Li xDrive is making use of a massive 6.6-liter TwinPower Turbo V12 engine, enough to produce a whopping 600 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, being sent to the wheels via a high-performance ZF eight-speed automatic transmission.

The entire powertrain and transmission, not to mention the top speed of 250 km/h, allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds. However, if you get to opt for the M Driver`s Package, then you can have its speed limited removed for a total of 305 km/h.

The Netherlands has been the battling ground for silhouette racings for many years, with a lot of carmakers testing out their latest rides.

A recent video released by a YouTube user is also showcasing a couple of BMW M4s in silhouette disguise with modified engines knocking themselves out on the track with extremely powerful and impressive soundtracks.

As we can depict from the video, these M4s come with some hefty modifications at the chassis, and that to fit the massive and high-performance engines, which are usually mid-mounted. This means that all the parts inside – seats, firewall and so forth – have now been modified to accommodate the engine.

At the exterior, the BMW M4 silhouette models come with extremely wide body parts, all of them made from lightweight materials to provide more downforce. Even so, weighing just a tonne, these two hot models will definitely fly on the track, and that because of the power they come with.

The BMW M4 silhouette models don’t use a conventional S54 engine from the E46 M3, both being fitted instead with the one found on the M3 E46 CSL, This translates through more power and the adding of some mechanical upgrades.

We are looking here at new camshafts and air intake, as well as exhaust valves with a much more prominent exhaust system. All these newly-added modifications make these silhouette models extremely powerful, with around 500 horsepower on board.

The 2016 BMW M2 Coupe is popping-up in our news again and not in a gorgeous tuning program carried out by Vorsteiner of AC Schnitzer, the model appearing in a road and track testing against the Alfa Rome 4C Spider.

Considering the fact that we have seen the M2 taking on massive and more powerful supercars, it was a common and logic thing to see it being compared to a much more alike model, like the 4C Spider.

The testing was carried out by Roadshow team from CNET, the guys taking both cars and compare them face-to-face. Surely, each car comes with its own ups-and-downs in terms of styling, chassis, weight figures and more importantly, their performance under the hood.

From the start, the Alfa Romeo 4C Spider comes with a carbon fiber chassis, which makes it more lightweight, but comes with the disadvantage of the extra reinforced parts for the missing roof, while the M2 Coupe comes with an M styling, all adorned with high-performance elements.

From a performance perspective, both models come with impressive engines under the hood. The M2 Coupe packs a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine with 365 horsepower, while the 4C Spider uses a smaller displacement, in the shape of a 1.8-liter, with 237 horsepower.

However, we shouldn`t judge a book by its cover, and the 4C Spider isn’t what it was expected to be. Even if it comes with a smaller engine, it is a little bit faster than the M2 on the track, and that because it comes with a non-power steering drips and a mid-engine carbon fiber chassis, which makes it faster.

On the road however, the odds favor the M2 Coupe, and that`s because it comes with the perfect suspension and balance, enough to make the steering accurate and precise. So, which one do you think has one the testing?

As some of you might suspected…or not…the guys from Roadshow declared the BMW M2 Coupe as the better car, and that thanks to its precise handling, driving capabilities and perfect balance.

The California-based European Auto Source has done it again: this time the tuner has chosen this gorgeous and iconic BMW X4 M Roadster and prepared it for some action on the track. It has it all, from tuned-up suspension and other market modifications to a powerful engine that can handle the car in tight corners.

The BMW Z4 M, particularly the Roadster, is one of the most iconic models BMW has ever built, being light, fast and offering exclusive driving on the roads; but imagine what it can do on the track, especially with some extra goodies.

The aftermarket specialists have first added the Arkym Carbon Fiber Aero kit, with custom front splitter, rear diffuser, trunk spoiler and more. The interior is also making use of track features, like the Sparco Ergo GRP Tec Racing seats with not-slip fabric and lower cushion for better grip.

In terms of performance, the tuner have installed the Macht Schnell Headers, Macht Schnell Air Intake, ESS Flash Tune, or Rogue Engineering Exhaust, all adding improved handling and increased torque.

Performance wise, the BMW Z4 M Roadster is making use of an upgraded S54B32 with 333 horsepower, which is enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited at 250 km/h.

A video with the 2015 BMW X5 M and X6 M has just emerged on the web, showcasing the performance of the two high-end models on the track. Both cars have received some upgrades under the hood, which make them extremely competitive on the roads as well as on the tracks.

The video review was carried out by the famous Australian auto magazine DRIVE, and is presenting the new engines found under the hood. First off, the two of them have received the new V8 M TwinPower Turbo engine, which comes with lots of power and torque.

We are talking here about 553 lb-ft of torque, available between 2,200 and 5,000 rpm, enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds, at a topping of an electronically limited speed of 250 km/h.

As a reminder, the 2015 BMW X5 M and X6 M were unveiled at an event ahead the 2014 Los Angele Auto Show, both models coming with an exquisite design, both outside and inside, where every inch of the model bears the sign of BMW`s M Division, while under the hood, the “M” also influences the dynamics and the performance of the cars.

Outside, the 2015 X5 M and X6 M are fitted with a more aggressive design, which unveils larger air intakes at the front, side grills bearing the Air Breathers, while at the rear, the models are fitted with the M four-tailpipe exhaust system, or the M 20-inch wheels, which add up some flavor to the overall look.

Inside, the 2015 BMW X5 M and the X6 M are all wrapped in leather and other premium materials, providing the cabins with a high-end mood, while the Head-Up Display also features some M goodies.

They can’t afford to stand still. Just because they’ve got the advantage and some of the best products out there doesn’t mean they can relax.

BMW know this and they’re currently working towards several new cars. Among them, one of the most interesting bits is the BMW X5 SAV, and its special M division version.

This model will be known as the F15 BMW X5 M and it was recently spied, caught on video no less, going round the Nurburgring for a shakedown.

Since the actual car isn’t due for a major makeover, the M version isn’t going to be a revolution either. The same engine will be used as will most of the underpinnings.

Have a look at what the familiar twin-turbocharged 4.4 liter V8 S63Tu engine can manage when lugging around an enormous SAV around the track:

Sounds awesome, seems to be moving at quite the pace and it’s a boring change from the previous version. In fairness, there’s quite a few common bits but you can’t deny the engineer’s effort.

The charge-air coolers are new, the cylinder heads are new, there’s been some work done to the timing, some to the oil sump and the pump.

Power is expected to go up to around 560 horses and it is expected to do so in a reliable fashion, no matter how much you’re killing it around the track.

The F15 BMW X5 doesn’t sound like that much of a difference but when you look down at it, the changes do stack up.

A certain four door version of the BMW M6 was spied recently at a certain infamous track in Germany where just about all new sports cars are tested.

In case you’re ironically pretending not to know I’m talking about the Nurburgring, that’s where the BMW M6 Gran Coupe was last spotted.

Unfortunately, there’s no video included this time but at least the photos are actually from the track rather than the entrance to the place.

We wish we had the inside scoop on how the new BMW M6 Gran Coupe handles but truth be told, we’re yet to find out how the two door version will tickle our excitement bone.

There is one other key difference between this and the M6 Coupe, we’re yet to find out if the Gran Coupe will really get the manual option in the order form.

Where similarities are certain to show up between the two M6 models is underneath. Everything that makes it go, turn and stop will likely be the same.

All key adjustments will be there so that a bit of a distinctive character is retained and, unfortunately the carbon fiber roof is still present.

Having one is not a bad thing, but you do wish BMW would learn that customers think it should actually be painted from time to time.

Getting back to the spyshots, there’s one in here that feels really special. The car appears to be cornering flat despite the uneven look of the track where it is.

I know we’re all fans of the BMW cars but out in the motorcycling community the Bavarians have an equally impressive following.

After the S1000RR they’ve just unveiled the new HP4. The two have many similarities but there’s one key difference.

The different look of the BMW HP4 illustrates more than a redesign. It’s there to showoff what the Motorrad division can do.

Design-wise the bike looks fine, what is important is the diet it’s been subjected to. The BMW HP4 now weighs in at 169 kg (373 lbs) dry.

Once it gets filled with fluids and the tank has 90% capacity the final figure goes up to 199 kg (440 lbs).

At this point we should remember the fact that the BMW HP4 is now the lightest 4 cylinder bike in the 1000cc class and it still develops the same performance.

The peak output stands at 193 horsepower but, as with track tuned options, the mid-range torque gets a linear boost and a racing developed ABS.

The BMW HP4 will be market ready later this year, ready to achieve its full super sports bike potential be it on the road or on the track.

Currently, no pricing range is available but there seems to be a bit of a consensus around here. This will be getting a considerable boost compared to the regular S1000RR.

As a market proposition the new HP4 motorcycle could be quite impressive but the race track is where it’s likely to make a difference and give the Bavarians a try at the title this time.

It seems we’re getting quite the number of spyshots lately and after the series of snaps we got of the i3 and the M135i, we now get something that little bit special.

We’re looking at the 2014 BMW i8 which was spied round the same sort of track like location as the i3, only this time it was looking that little less serious.

Sure, it’s important to test winter driving, how the car’s engine reacts to very low temperatures and how the batteries cope with the tricky conditions but that’s not all a car can do in the winter.

As you can see in some of these shots, the BMW i8 tested here is happily hooning it around the improvised circuit just for the fun of it.

Sadly, this unit of the BMW i8 is so covered in camouflage somebody might easily lose it in the parking lot at a child daycare. Seriously, there’s so much camo on that thing it’s amazing to see the windows aren’t covered.

Anyway, the pictures are worth enjoying and the snapshots have refreshed our memories about how the BMW i8 is getting ever closer to a market release.

With a predicted turn up next year, the mid-engined supercar featuring electric motors and what’s rated as the best mix between a green and high performance future.

Pricing, availability, practicality are still up for discussion but whatever those stats come in at, you know you’ll want one, if not for anything else, for the fun exhibited here.
