There have been numerous talks about the upcoming of the 2018 BMW X2, with the model to be seen in different reviews and recent spy photos, not to mention renderings which showcase its styling borrowings from the X2 Concept.

Now, the X2 can be admired in a recent rendering signed by Auto Build, which is envisioning its own interpretation of the model. It still wears the overall design of the test mule, but it does come with some styling bits of its own, making it more evolutionary and appealing.

There are visible differences between the real X2 and this rendering, the latter one showing the SUV without the headlights, but adds instead a custom front fascia.

Besides these slight features, the model still looks aggressive with the front bumper, stands closer to the ground to offer more downforce and keeps the same kidney grille which makes it more imposing. On the sides, the body reveals the same sleek roofline.

Taking an overall look at all the renderings released so far and the spy photos of the new X2 SUV, we might conclude that this is a car destined for the young public, especially because it provides a certain fresh air in the carmaker`s X lineup.

Not to mention that it will encompass the latest technology inside – borrowed from the 5- and the 7-Series, respectively – and adding a wide array of engines, both petrol burners and diesels with three- and four-cylinder configurations. Amongst the engine range, the top of the line B48 turbocharged four-pot petrol engine will be the model`s new kid on the block. Stay tuned for more details on the BMW X2 SUV!

When it comes to envisioning a high-end model from BMW, following different rumors and reports, it is usually Autobild magazine from Germany to get exclusivity in rendering the upcoming model.

It is also the case of the BMW X7, now popping-up in a new rendering signed by the same Autobild. Set to arrive on the market in 2018 as a 2019 MY, the X7 promises to be the most luxurious from its class. It will come in two versions and a worthy price tags of at least $100,000.

The renderings signed by the famous German magazine are based on the recent rumors and previews, showing us a massive body styling and an extremely evolutionary design, highlighted at the front by wide kidney grille with chromed outer edge, large air intakes and bumper, and sporty panel.

The rear end is also looking exclusive with the massive tailgate with roof spoiler, adding sleek taillights wrapping around the corners, and other styling cues that improve the car`s overall athletic look.

Once arriving on the market, the all-new 2019 BMW X7 will compete the likes of the Mercedes-Benz GLS Class and Range Rover. It is also said to spawn a much more potent X7M SUV, with an upgraded powertrain under the hood. The rumor mill is rather scarce at the moment.

Speaking of performance, the 2019 X7 will come will come with the same 3.0-liter twin-turbo I6 from the 7-Series 740i, adding as well the 4.4-liter twin V8 from the 750i. As expected, the carmaker will also introduce a plug-in hybrid version, equipped with a massive 6.6-liter twin-turbo V12, borrowed from M760Li.

Being in trend with the latest flagship models from top carmakers that are now transformed into genuine four-door coupes, Rolls-Royce manufacturer is also reported to build the high-end Wraith with a four-door coupe body styling.

So far, there aren’t any official statements concerning such news, but rendering artists have already imagined how the new four-door Wraith coupe would look like. The latest rendering is signed by The Swage Line and is showcasing the Wraith with the same design cues seen on the present Ghost model, but with a four-door configuration.

In case it would merge on the market in the following years, the four-door Wraith would stand on the same platform as the present Ghost, which makes it one of the most luxurious sedans on the market.

Also, the coupe would stand up against other hot four-door coupes on the market, such as the BMW 6-Series Coupe, Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class or Audi A7.

The present Rolls-Royce Wraith Coupe is packing a 6.6-liter V12 engine, with a whopping 632 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque, enough to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 4.6 seconds, which is quite amazing considering the size. A future four-door coupe might also pack the same powertrain under the hood.

The all-new MINI Countryman is popping-up in our news again through a recent rendering signed by OmniAuto.it, which provides us with a closer look on how the model would look like, once it will be put for an official display at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, in October.

The rendering is also based on the recent spy shots, the model coming here with an evolutionary design. As expected, the 2017 MINI Countryman also looks bigger, becoming thus the largest model ever built by the British based company.

Even if we are looking here at an extremely large model, the new Countryman will be lighter as it will stand on the company`s new UKL platform, also used on other MINI or BMW models. This means that it will make room for a wide range of three- or four-cylinder turbocharged engines, coming with front-wheel drive and an ALL4 layout.

Besides the 2017 MINI Countryman, BMW`s subsidiary will also launch the future John Cooper Works, this one also coming with an aggressive body style, wider rims, and a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine under the hood, developing around 230 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque.

As expected, a plug-in hybrid will follow, this one being fitted with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine hooked to an electric motor.

Even if BMW is preparing a series of makeovers for most of its model lineup, the BMW 1-Series seems to have been left behind on that matter, especially since the present model already received a facelift last year.

But rumors according to which the German based carmaker would prepare an all-new generation somewhere in 2017 or 2018, has led to a series of visual interpretations on how the model would look like. One of the renderings is signed by OmniAuto.it.

As we can depict from the rendering, the future generation BMW 1-Series hatchback would grow in size, represented here by a five-door body style, and other usual design cues taken from other BMW models.

Rumors have it that the upcoming 1-Series would share the same UKL platform, also seen on the 2-Series Active Tourer, meaning that it would come with a front-wheel drive layout and a wide array of engines, including an xDrive version with all-wheel system.

The model will also share some similarities with its 1-Series Sedan, already presented in our news, including the aforementioned front-wheel drive system and engine lineup. Based on the latest spy shots, the 2016 BMW 5-Series Sedan has been recently rendered online and might give us a closer look on how the model would look like, once it will be officially unveiled next year.

The two renderings are signed by RM Design and are showing us a 5-Series Sedan, the G30 version, resembling the newly unveiled 7-Series in terms of design. The cabin might also bring the two cars even closer.

The renderings are thus revealing a wider body style with common design cues, perhaps mounted on the same CLAR platform, also found on the new 7-Series. This means that it would make the model lighter and more powerful.

Inside the cabin, the 5-Series Sedan might also take its inspiration from the same 7-Series, which abounds with the latest technology in terms of driving capabilities. We might see, for example, a rather the same digital instrument cluster.

There are no news concerning the powertrains under the hood, but chances are we might see the same engine lineup carried over the present 5-Series.

After around seven months from its release next year, the German based carmaker will be also introducing the all-new G31 Touring model, also recently spied. More info will be announced at a later date, meanwhile enjoy the renderings with the upcoming 2016 BMW 5-Series!

The recently unveiled 2016 BMW M2 Coupe is popping up in our news again, this time the model being rendered with a GTS body style.

The 2016 BMW M2 Coupe is finally here, but it seems that for some rendering artists like X-Tomi Design, this is not enough, and following some recent rumors according to which the carmaker would release a GTS version, the artist decided to take matter into his own hands and rendered the model with the racing livery.

We all want to see such a model on the streets, with an impressive aero kit and styling cues that reveal a more muscular design, adorned with carbon fiber parts on the roof, hood, along with other stand-out features like these ones seen here. The model also looks gorgeous and more menacing with the adjustable front splitter, rear wing, all complemented by the M4 GTS Acid Orange wheels.

We are not sure if such a model will ever pop-up, but it would be a thing of common sense, especially since the M4 as well has received a GTS version, which looks extremely hot and powerful.

And in case it would be launched at some point in the near future, we should expect more power under the hood, perhaps a bigger engine than the stock 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder, found on the M2 Coupe. And of course, the power would be higher than the present 370 horsepower and 465 Nm of torque.

If we were to live in a fantasy world, we would see a lot of extraordinary hot rides being customized beyond common sense, like it actually happened with this BMW i8 out here, the carmaker`s first plug-in hybrid being rendered in two insane tuning kits.

There are two renderings signed by the Bengala Automotive Design which are showcasing the BMW i8 with two body kits.

At a closer look, we might depict a custom aero kit coming with some new body parts on the BMW i8 pictured with a pure blue paint, like new bumpers, side skirts and a few more.

The second rendering is showing BMW i8 with a more radical look, the model being extremely lowered with the new set of lowering springs and wider wheels, which make it look quite aggressive. The brown color with the black accents are also accentuating the car`s fine design cues.

We should expect no upgrades under the hood, the BMW i8 plug-in hybrid coming with a stock output of 357 horsepower (266 kW) and 570 Nm (420 lb-ft) of torque.

The BMW i8 two-door coupe comes with a 7.1 kWh lithium-ion battery pack “with a usable capacity of 5.2 kWh”, providing an electric range of 37 km.

The BMW i8 is fuel-efficient having an internal combustion engine which burns around 2.1L / 100 km, with 49 g/km emissions.

The BMW i8 is popping-up in the spotlights again, this time the famous plug-in hybrid being rendered wearing the Shooting Brake body style. The rendering is signed by Rian Prisk Designs and tries to give us a glimpse on how the BMW i8 would look with such a new body.

I personally find it out of the ordinary, but it seems that the rendering does like to a lot of BMW fans. Hopefully, BMW won`t make such a model in the near future. But is quite fun observing it and imagining it in front of our garage.

The BMW i8 plug-in hybrid began sales last summer, the model packing a 1.5-liter with three-cylinder turbocharged TwinPower Turbo petrol burner, backed by the BMW eDrive technology electric drive system.

The 1.5-liter unit develops 231 horsepower, while the electric drive provides an extra 131 horsepower, sending the power to the front wheels, and allowing the car an all-electric mile range of up to 35 kilometers.

The BMW i8 plug-in hybrid is priced from $131,700, with some dealerships asking an additional $100,000 over the MSRP price. The model also won the 2015 International Engine of the Year Awards.

The BMW German based carmaker is rumored to plan a 1-Series Sedan, but unfortunately, we haven’t got any idea on the kind of design language it might be using. Rumors have it that it would share similarities with other models from the “Series” lineup.

Theophilus Chin has come up with two renderings with his own interpretation of how the future BMW 1-Series Sedan would look like. The renderings are bold, showcasing the model with a wild yet decent body design, but not too aggressive as most of the models from the “Series” lineup.

And the BMW 1-Series Sedan must be a little bit more aggressive in terms of design, combined with saloon-like cues, which would give it a certain aristocratic yet sporty feel and look. And that especially since it has to overtake its competitors, such as the Audi A3 Sedan and Mercedes-Benz CLA models.

In the engine department, the BMW 1-Series Sedan might also come up with an interesting array of engines, probably equipped with the same three- and four-cylinder configurations, which is a common thing for the entire “Series” lineup. The new 1-Series would have the same front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations. But until further news, exploit to the max the two renderings with the expected BMW 1-Series Sedan!
