A lot of BMW models have been present at the 2014 M Festival taking place at Nurburgring, showing off with their customized packages, with the famous M235i Racing Car also bringing some interesting tweaks.

The BMW M235i Racaing Car has shown up at Nurburgring, bringing some important upgrades in terms of performance, talking first about a 333 horsepower output for its 3.0-liter straights six-cylinder unit.

The BMW M235i Racing Car will be sporting some important performance characteristics like ABS, DSC or traction control to make sure that the drivers will handle the sportscar safe and sound on the tracks.

More than that, the BMW M235i Racing Car will also come with a mechanical limited-slip differential, also seen on the BMW M235i Coupe standard model.

Based on the BMW M235 Coupe model set out for production, the new customized M235i Racing Car will be used at the Nurburgring – Nordschleife events, like the Nurburgring 24 Hours, the VLN Endurance Championship and quite a few more.

The BMW M235i Racing Car will be priced at 59,500 Euro, VAT included, with the model being also considered as a successor for the upcoming BMW M2.

The upcoming BMW M2 sports car is now in the spotlights again, while being rendered with fresh new details, indicating that the sport car will be an instant success.

The BMW M2 is considered to be lighter but more powerful than the M235i which outputs 320 horsepower. More than that, an inside source stated that the M2 would enter production at the end of 2015.

The new details about the upcoming BMW M2 concern the unit that it has under the hood. We are talking about an upgraded unit of the turbocharged 3.0-liter straight-six engine, the N55 found on the M235i.

The BMW M2 will have a rear-wheel drive system, hooked on a six-speed manual or seven-speed M-DCT dual-clutch transmission.

Concerning the materials used on the M2, the sports car will be produced from carbon fiber-reinforced plastic panels, making the car much easier.

More than that, the BMW M2 will be also fitted with a mechanical limited-slip differential for the rear axle, along with a more stiffened suspension.

The BMW M2 will be rivaling the Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG and the upcoming Audi RS3.

Just a couple of hours ago, the BMW car manufacturer announced the official launch of their new 2015 BMW M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe, which promise to deliver high performance.

The M4, with 3,300 pounds, is 176 lighter than the M3 Sedan, and has a slight advance in terms of additional power and torque, the first reaching an estimated 4,1 seconds from 0 to 60 mph. Concerning the top speed, both the M3 and the M4 are electronically limited to 155.

Additionally, the 2015 BMW M3 Sedan and M4 Coupe come with a standard six-speed transmission which is connected to a carbon-fiber reinforced plastic driveshaft, with a mechanical limited-slip differential.

Each version of the car also receives wheel carriers made of aluminum, weighing together around 6.5 pounds. In order to improve handling, the rear sub-frame is bolted directly to the chassis.

Inside, both the M3 Sedan and the M4 Coupe have fine touches, worthy of the M-symbol, with sills on the doors, footrest for the driver, circular instruments that enhances white graphics, color-contrast stitching and so on.

Both models will be put on sales in early summer as the 2015 versions.
