We have seen tens of F82 BMW M4 models receiving outstanding tuning programs from well-known aftermarket shops yet none of them make them look the way Vorsteiner do with their own programs. Well, perhaps I`m being a little bit subjective at this point… or not.

Vorsteiner tuner have a way of creating special programs that now include, besides their special and high-performance wheels, body parts as well, thus adding to BMW products complete packages that shape out their personality and aggressive look.

As for this gorgeous Austin Yellow M4 seen here you might say that this is another Vorsteiner project… and it is in a sort of way…but it still remains unique, as all of the tuner`s programs.

We are dealing here with the V-FF 107 Flow Forged wheels, which are new to the tuner`s Flow Forged lineup, and add up increase stance and stability on the roads. The wheels are sized 20 x 8.5 and 20 x 10.5 front and rear and are finished in Carbon Graphite finish. The entire installation was carried out by European Auto Source tuner from California, US.

As for the car`s power under the hood, there seem to be no modifications added so far. This means that this hot-looking F82 M4 still packs the stock yet high-performance 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo flat-six, also seen on its little sibling the M3 Sedan. The engine outputs 431 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, sending the power to the rear via a six-speed manual. The sprint from 0 to 100 km/h is also done in 4.1 seconds, but when hooked with the seven-speed M-DCT transmission, the model runs the same sprint in just 3.9 seconds. The topping is electronically limited at 250 km/h.

With the recent launch of the BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe, everybody was expecting an M4 Gran Coupe version coming this fall, based on the statements that Norbert Reithofe, the CEO at BMW, had launched on a press release.

To further confirm the misinterpretation of Reithhofe, Jorg Bartels, the M sales boss from BMW, also declared in Australia during the launch of the M3 Sedan and the M4 Coupe, that the company would not built an M version of the 4-Series Gran Coupe.

The reason of not building an M4 Gran Coupe version was due to the massive production volume of the 4-Series Gran Coupe, as the model is built “in a different factory to both the 3 Series (sedan) and 4 Series (coupe), so there is a lot of challenges there,” to also quote Bartels.

The F30 3-Series Sedan and the fresh F80 M3 Sedan are being built at the BMW`s plant in Regensburg, while the F32 4-Series Coupe and the F82 M4 are being manufactured in Munich.

On the other hand, the BMW F36 4-Series Gran Coupe is headed for the production line at the BMW`s facility in Dingolfing, so the building of an M4 Gran Coupe would pose serious problems to the company while dealing with three models at the same time.
