BMW, and pretty much all premium car makers have made sure to bring the option of configuring a car online.

This is achieved thanks to so called configurators, and the latest from BMW covers the F16 BMW x6.

Launched a couple months ago, the F16 BMW X6 is something different for the X series, as it caters to different people and was build to be a bit more luxurious. When you get online to the configurator and start building your very own X6, you first have to choose from the M Sport or the all new X Line versions of it.

From there a whole range of options become available, from 11 different colors of paint to various inside themes, with the dual color leather options being quite catchy. The best way to see exactly what the cofigurator offers, just check it out online, as this is not something new.

First information and photos on the F16 BMW X6 Individual have surfaced on the web. The new-generation of the German model receives BMW Individual’s touch with a series of interior and exterior tweaks.

At the exterior, buyers will get large 20-inch alloy wheels, a new Pyrite Brown metallic finish and high-gloss roof rails. Besides the new paint pictured in these photos, the company offers new Azurite Black, Pearl Silver and Ruby Black finishes as well.

Enter the cabin and you will find BMW Individual sill plates, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with wood inserts, Taupe Merino leather seats and an Alcantara roofline.

You will also appreciate the Sen Light Brown wood trim, piano black inserts and a rear cooling box. Last but not least, if you really want to go into deep customisation for your BMW X6 Individual, you can choose between multiple colors for the Merino leather.

To be more specific, you can get Amaro Brown, Smoke White, Nutmeg and Criollo Brown.

It seems that BMW plays big these days as they unveiled the M Sport Package for the F16 BMW X6, a model which debuted yesterday.

As you probably know, the F16 BMW X6 fitted with the M Sport Package brings a series of styling tweaks with no improvements to the performance figures.

At the exterior, buyers will get revised front and rear bumpers, 19-inch alloy wheels, a matte aluminum grille, new side skirts and a rear diffuser insert.

You will also notice the chrome exhaust tips and the shadow line trim. One of the important features is the Adaptive M suspension while inside, the F16 BMW X6 with M Sport Package features leather sport seats and Alcantara inserts.

The sport steering wheel is also there as well as M door sill plates, an alloy footrest and the anthracite roof liner. Engine choices remain the same, namely the 3.0-liter diesel with 258hp, a more potent 3.0-liter tri-turbo diesel producing 381hp and a range-topping 4.4-liter V8 petrol unit delivering 450hp.

We have already covered the all-new BMW X6 a couple of times but we want to share with you new images and details for the F16 BMW X6. Ready to go on sale this winter in Europe, the second-generation of the German crossover comes with a series of improvements able to attract new buyers.

In terms of styling, BMW opted for a more aggresive design of the F16 BMW X6 with several cues taken from the new X5. You will also notice the 19-inch alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlights and revised bumpers.

Power for the new F16 BMW X6 will be offered by a 4.4-liter TwinTurbo V8 offering 450 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque (F16 BMW X6 50i) for a 0-100 km/h sprint in 4,8 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h. A diesel engine with a 3.0-liter six-cylinder unit delivers 258hp and 560 Nm of torque (F16 BMW X6 30d).

You will hit the 100 km/h mark in 6,7 seconds while top speed is limited at 230 km/h. A more potent 3.0-liter tri-tuborcharged diesel producing 381 horses and 740 Nm of torque (F16 BMW X6 50d) will take you from 0 to 100 km/h in 5,2 second before topping out at 250 km/h.

Interior improvements for F16 BMW X6 include Dakota leather seats, dual zone climate control, a 10.2-inch display (part of the iDrive infotainment system) and a sport steering wheel.
