A lot of tuners from the wheel industry have understood the necessity of adding new styling bits to their custom-built rides, and Vorsteiner is one of them which created the perfect aero parts that would go just well with the new wheels.

The technicians from Vorsteiner are simply crazy about BMW products, especially about the M3 or M4. But recently, as it turned out in the media gallery below, they have laid their eyes on this superb M4 Convertible.

The model comes with the outstanding Sapphire Black Metallic body wrap, which gives it a Darth Vader-like feel and more aggressive attitude.

Another main highlight is the custom set of Vorsteiner`s V-FF 104 FlowForged wheels, sized 19×9.5 and 19×10.5 front and rear. They come with a great Carbon Graphite finish and perfectly complement the car`s exterior color.

As aforementioned, Vorsteiner couldn’t settle for just the wheels and needed to add a carbon fiber aero kit. The parts are rather subtle, but for a trained eye, they definitely make the M4 Convertible standout from the crowd.

Amongst the kit`s most important bits we should include the carbon front lip spoiler or aero rear diffuser. Overall, the model does look hot and ready for some show-offs on the road.

In the engine department, the BMW M4 Convertible comes with the stock 3.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo flat-six inline engine, the same found on its coupe sibling, churning out a good 425 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. The topping of 250 km/h allows a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in a good 4.3 seconds.

A couple of days ago, the M`s chief Frank van Meel, confirmed that the future BMW M3 Sedan, M4 Coupe and M4 Convertible would be equipped with the company`s special Competition Package.

Now, the news are back and we have the prices and the details for the Competition Package, which can be ordered not only for the new cars, but also for the existing ones.

In case you own one of the aforementioned models or want to buy a new one, you should then now that the Competition Package for the BMW M3 Sedan and BMW M4 Coupe costs $5,500, while for the M4 Convertible, the price is set at $5,500.

For that money, you will get plenty of visual tweaks and fine goodies inside, as well as a software upgrade under the hood.

Thus, the BMW M3 or BMW M4 will look distinctive with the high-gloss Shadow Line exterior with gloss black kidney grille, adding the M sports exhaust system with black chrome tailpipes, complemented by the 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels with high-performance rubbers.

Inside, all models will come with limited changes, like the M sports seats or the M-striped seat belts.

From a mechanical point of view, the Competition Package features the Adaptive M Suspension with fresh springs, dampers, or anti-roll bars. The safety features refer to the Active M Differential, new Dynamic Stability Control System, or the three different driving models, like Comfort, Sport and Sport+.

As already previewed, the Competition Pack adds up around 20 horsepower under the hood as well, the 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline flat-six engine now churning out 450 horsepower, with a 0.1 seconds quicker response from 0 to 100 km/h.

Good news for BMW fans, as the future generation of BMW M3 Sedan, M4 Coupe and M4 Cabriolet will be offered with the Competition Package.

The news has also been confirmed in an interview by Frank van Meel, the M`s chief: “We will be offering a Competition Package for each of the three body variants as of spring 2016.”

In the present form, all three models pack a 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline flat-six engine, with 431 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque, being sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed transmission. However, with the Competition Package, the models are rumored to deliver 30 horsepower more.

But the power increase is not the only good thing that the Competition Package will bring, as the cabin also benefit some extra goodies as well.

“In addition to extensive measures to further enhance driving dynamics and agility, this package also comprises various exclusive equipment details as well as an increase in engine output,” Van Meel also said.

The additional features refer to much lighter multi-spoke rims, or an updated rear diffuser with a custom exhaust system. So far, the details list is rather scarce, but we should be able to find out more in March, where the models are set to be displayed at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show.

There are two BMW models I mostly enjoy writing about, especially when some tuning programs are involved, which are the M3 Sedan and the M4 Coupe. Add up the BMW M4 Convertible and the trio is complete. Don’t get me wrong, I love all BMW models, but these one are mind-blowing, thanks to their extraordinary aerodynamic bodies and shear power under the hood.

Today, our attention is on this white BMW M4 Convertible which has received some new wheels from the guys over the mbDESIGN tuning company.

We are talking here about the fitting of the mbDESIGN VENTi-R set of wheels, coming in generous sizing of 9×21-inch and 11×21-inch front and rear. The wheels are wrapped with the 255/30R21 up front and 295/25R21 rear Continental Sport Contact rubbers, which make the M4 Convertible look amazing.

But that would not be all. I mean that the fitting of the new wheels must come hand-in-hand with the new H&R suspension system, which lowers the M4 Convertible`s ride height by up to 30 mm. Now we can say that we have a complete BMW M4 Convertible.

From what we know, the mbDESIGN tuner has not carried out any mods under the hood, the M4 Convertible packing the same 3.0-liter straight-six engine, also seen on its bigger siblings the M3 and M4 Coupe, meaning 431 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque.

The BMW M4 Convertible has been recently seen standing side by side with the Jaguar F-Type model, ready to start a one-off drifting event, organized by the guys from Auto Express auto magazine.

The entire drifting event between the two sports cars has been also recorded on camera, so just read the entire news than head down and hit the play button.

But first, let`s talk about the two super-hot models, as they come with different powertrains and other performance features.

If we take a look at the BMW M4 Convertible, we might see a powerful sports car, taking its power from 3.0-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder unit, developing 425 horsepower, which makes it a true beast on the tracks and roads.

The performance of the BMW M4 Convertible is also given by two mono-scroll turbochargers, fitted with variable valve control as well as with a direct injection, which throttles the sports car from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, when hooked to the DCT automatic.

Its toughest competitor, the Jaguar F-Type, is also powerful, as it comes with a 3.0-liter V6 unit, developing a good 340 horsepower, sprinting from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.1 seconds.

I have always been amazed by the craftsmanship that the German carmaker has put when building its models, especially when it has designed this extraordinary BMW M4, which is now highlighted in its convertible version.

The BMW M4 Convertible has been recently fitted with some special Hamann wheels, provided by the famous German tuning division Hamann.

This particular BMW M4 Convertible Sakhir Orange Cabrio is looking gorgeous with the Hamman wheels, specially customized to provide performance and high-quality.

But the modifications will surely not stop here, as the Hamann tuning division has big plans for the sports car`s body as well, meaning that the model will receive a new front splitter and rear diffuser, made entirely out of carbon fiber.

And as expected, the cabin and the powertrain under the hood, will also get their piece of the action, the model also receiving a new interior design and an upgraded engine.

The BMW M4 Convertible has been recently seen on a commercial, highlighting the way it is driven on a track race, for which it has been banned in the UK.

The reason for being kicked off from UK was that the commercial is apparently promoting a careless and reckless driving on a track race.

The UK is the second country to receive a commercial with a BMW model, with the German carmaker to also launch a video with the M235i sports car in Australia, promoting a reckless driving.

The video below is showing the BMW M4 Convertible being driven on a race track, so it`s up to you to decide whether the model is driven in an inappropriate manner or not.

The BMW M4 Convertible is coming with a 3.0-liter six-cylinder inline TwinPower Turbo unit under the hood, the same one found on the M4 Coupe and on the M3 Sedan.

The engine develops a total output of 431 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, which is enough to reach the 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 4.1 seconds, at a top speed of 250 km/h.

After the BMW M4 Coupe model already to be revealed at the 2014 Paris Motor Show in different special paintjobs, is now its sibling`s turn, the M4 Convertible, to show off at the event in a special Tanzanite Blue finish, while inside, a Sakhir Orange paint is complementing the body color.

As highlighted in the photos, the BMW M4 Convertible in Tanzanite Blue is also marked by the M division, coming with some interesting styling cues, like a much more aggressive front apron, the 3D shaped kidney grille with the M logo, the flared wheels, or the famous four tailpipes.

The BMW M4 Convertible is also adding the special Moonstone Metallic paint, from the BMW Individual catalog, alongside black wheels, for a better look and style.

Along with the fast retractable hardtop, the BMW M4 Convertible also weighs less, with around 250 kilos, reaching a total of 1.760 kilos, which would make the sports car more agile on the roads.

Under the hood, the BMW M4 Convertible in Tanzanite Blue is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six twin-turbo unit, developing 425 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque.

The one-off BMW M4 Convertible is coming big time in Australia, with a base price of 178,430 AUD.

Even if the tag price might be too high, the BMW M4 Convertible is in fact 2,000 AUD cheaper than the first generation model.

However, for that money, you will get the M4 Convertible sports with an aluminum power domed bonnet, flared guards, metal folding roof opening in less than 20 seconds, or the 19-inch forged alloy wheels.

Inside, the new BMW M4 Convertible is sporting the high-performance M gearshift lever, the M badging on the door sills, the M leather on the steering, the illuminated M emblems or the adjustable M seats.

The present BMW M4 Convertible also comes with a more boot space of 370 liters with the roof up and 220 liters with the roof down.

Under the hood, the M4 Convertible is powered by the same 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo six-cylinder unit, also found on the roofed M4 Coupe and M3 Sedan.

The unit develops 425 horsepower and 550 Nm of torque, making the sports car sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds, at a top speed, which is electronically limited at 250 km/h.
