BMW CS – Back in business

A few weeks ago, we announced that BMW is pulling the plug from the production of the BMW CS Concept. Now, we can see more spy photos of the car any no one knows what to think. Is BMW still considering this concept and wants to keep it under the radar?

This four seater was conceived because the people from BMW wanted to have a better version of the 7 Series. The BMW CS is longer, wider and more luxurious than any other BMW from its class. Until now, the company has managed to keep the project as a secret and the news that it will be canceled was released after the first spy photos. With this new set of pictures, nobody knows what to believe.

We can only hope that the BMW CS concept will be produced because the car seems beautiful.

BMW Concept CS

We already mentioned that the BMW CS Concept has been canceled a few weeks ago.

Even so, it will be a shame not to take one more look at the last pictures of the BMW Concept CS released by wheeltronix.com. The car is amazing, to bad that the best pictures reached our eyes when it was already too late. The people from BMW wanted to make their point clear: the BMW Concept CS was loved by everyone. The design is flawless, the engine is perfect, but the current situation would make its production impossible.

At least we can still enjoy the BMW Concept CS in pictures.

BMW CS Concept was canceled

Last year, the rumor was that BMW will start production of the BMW CS Concept. Unfortunately, the financial crisis had a severe effect on the company. The car has a lot of success at auto-shows since 2007, but it does not really meet the requirements of profitability. The car is amazing, but the target of the company is to sell more cars and they claim to have other priorities.

The BMW CS Concept was supposed to be on the market in 2010, under the 8-Series tag. BMW also canceled the production of the M1 supercar, earlier this year. In fact, they are reviewing all of their projects for the near future, so no one knows what to expect.
