The latest creation from BMW, the 2016 X6 M model, was recently caught on a video while undergoing some serious tests on the Ring.

The video is a clear indication that the BMW automaker is planning to introduce the most powerful version of the X6 generation.

As seen in the video, the 2016 BMW X6 M SAC is being tested wearing some light camouflage, meaning that changes will be made at the front fascia, on both sides, as well as on the rear end.

Another important feature is that the 2016 X6 M will distinguish itself from the X6 standard model, by coming with an improved aerodynamic body kit, with tweaks at the already modified kidney grille or at the rear bumper.

Under the hood, the 2016 BMW X6 M will be also impressive, being equipped with a 4.4-liter V8 unit, developing a good 547 horsepower and impressive 680 Nm of torque.

Rumors say that the 2016 BMW X6 M might be launched next year, with more details to be found later on.

According to some reports released by Autocar, BMW German based automaker is planning to launch eight SUVs by 2020, which would be something revolutionary in terms of innovation and technology investments.

We are talking about a range of SUVs starting with a compact X1 FWD, to a more sporty X8 model, derived from the X7 seven-seat.

Even if the German automaker hasn’t confirmed the whole eight SUVs, there is one of them that has already been planned by BMW.

First, BMW is planning a future X1, standing on the new UKL platform, with a front-wheel drive layout, while the future X2 will share the platform with the new MINI and the 2-Series Active Tourer.

Next in line, the X3 will be coming in 2017, with no details so far, yet we do know that the BMW X4 already launched, will be followed by an M Performance model as well.

The X5 model will soon be followed by an M version as well, rumored to sport a 4.4-liter V8 unit, while the higher X6 will be coming with a more masculine design.

Finally, the BMW X7 and X8 will be closely related, as the latter one will be based on the X7, promising to be much sportier in order to successfully compete against the future Audi Q8.

The 2015 BMW X6M is in the spotlights again, while being on some public roads, bearing some light camouflage at the same time.

The body style of the 2015 BMW X6M reveals a few changes, however it still bears similarities with its little brother, the X5M, due to come on the market later on.

The 2015 BMW X6M is tweaking a revised front kidney grille, new bumpers at the front and rear, fresh taillights and other new styling features as well.

Since there are no details concerning the cabin of the X6M, we do know a few things about the power that the model will be coming with.

We are talking about the same 4.4-liter V8 unit also seen on the new X5M, developing a total output of 547 horsepower and 680 Nm of torque.
