BMW X6 Expedition from Romania to Santa`s Crib in Laponia
A group of Santa`s enthusiasts from PeAsfalt.ro, took the BMW X6 and headed over Laponia to deliver their letters and best wishes. They knew that the trip all the way to Laponia would be a long one so they decided to take the fresh X6 to see how it handles on the roads.
The 3000 km journey started from Romania, passed through Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus and all the way to Finland. What was astonishing was that the trip only took three days. You might want to know how the car behaved along the road.
Well, the car performed like a champ on some roads with reduced visibility and covered with snow. The team said that the xDrive system was a spectacular one, and the Goodyear Ultra Grip 19-inch wheels were also a helper.
As for the consumption, there was an impressive 9.0 liters per 100 km, and that, despite the low temperatures.
Since the car delivered a lot, the team thought of heading back home taking a short trip to Sweden and then via Denmark and Germany, with extra 1500 km to put on the X6.
