2014 X5 ambient LED pack

BMW has released some interesting ambient lighting options for the 2014 X5 model, and they look interesting.
There are 9 combinations available to choose from so far, so you can get the one that matches your personality best. They are made out of three colors distributed over 3 regions. You get blue, orange and white over the pedals and on the doors.
This is quite a bold move from BMW, as the first impressions seem to go either way. Other car makers have been offering interior lighting option for quite a while, and while some consider them classy, others think they are quite tacky.
There is another thing we have to consider about these LED lights. While they do look nice and smooth in the pictures released by BMW, there could be quite a difference in real life.
Still, even if these might seem a bit out of place for a premium manufacturer like BMW, you always have the option to not get them on your 2014 X5. And those that actually enjoy ambient lighting won’t have to get them aftermarket.
