BWM displays its logo using radial lights on a plane
Nowadays, when you think about BMW, you think about premium vehicles, manufactured in a high quality manner to suit your needs on the road.
But just like many other big players in the industry, BMW was not always into building cars.
As a matter of fact, even the current BMW badge will give you a hint of the car maker’s history. During the World Wars, the company made pretty much anything it could from cooking pots to motorcycles and even airplanes. But then again, most manufacturers were employed to deliver machines for the war or ammunition.
In a recent fit of melancholy, the German company went back to its roots with a project. Using a Klemm L25 sporting one of BMW’s radial engines, they put together a nice display of lights. When the engine is running, the propeller can display the car maker’s logo, as you can see in the video presented below.
