There will be the 318i, 320i 323i and 328i will all be powered by 4 cylinder engines (1.6 for 318 and 2.0 for the others)
I understand that the 323d and 325d may have 6 cylinder but BMW are looking at making the next 3 series the most fuel efficient which calls for smaller turbocharged engines.

I mean if the 328i is four cylinders turbocharged then what happens to the 325i? Will it come with four cylinder engine too? Is it turbocharged? or will it remain with the 6 cylinders and turbocharged. Personally the sound of a 6 cylinder engineer of the 325i excites me big time.

Please if there is a way for me to know these info update me because I am budgeting for the F30 325i….
