BMW K 1200 S recall
BMW will call back a number of K 1200 S and GT motorcycles which were produced in 2008.
The front brake disc is not as well attached as you might imagine. Those fasteners can loosen and BMW isn’t ready to take that chance. Motorcycle owners should check their bikes often, just to make sure that everything is ok. However, if someone doesn’t observe the problem, it may have serious consequences. This is why some of the BMW K 1200 S motorcycles will be checked and the problem will be solved. The BMW K 1200 S is a 1157 cc motorcycle with a 4 cylinder engine. It can offer a maximum of 167 horse power.
If you own this type of motorcycle you should call 1-800-831-1117.
