Jonathan Spira is a simple BMW 7 Series owner. However, he was one of the first people who drove this beautiful piece of engineering and he decided to create something special from it.

He put his hands on his professional camera and started his 1600 km journey across Europe. He went trough Slovenia, Austria and Germany and, at the end, he managed to set up a gallery of 13 pictures which he transformed into the BMW 7 Series calendar. Some of the pictures are taken onboard the BMW 7 Series and represent amazing landscapes and others are simply unique pictures of this vehicle. Most BMW fans know that BMW has a contract with Sirius, which forces them to offer these services to any new BMW buyer.

This is not actually done by “force” because the people from BMW think that Sirius satellite radio is the best in the business. In fact, the Vice-President for Marketing from the US stated that the luxury you get when you purchase a BMW is perfectly accompanied by the services offered by Sirius. XM Radio would like to continue this partnership in the future and it seems that BMW has the same plans. BMW is taking one more crisis measure because they don’t want to risk anything in this period.

In these times, you won’t realize how hard it is to make budget cuts and figure out which projects should be continued and which ones can be delayed. BMW and most automakers have to come up with solutions for the crisis and everyone is trying to save some money. At the moment, they want to cut the production levels and see where that takes them. This is what the people from BMW though when they pressed charges against the Shuanghuan CEO, a car which seems to be the sister of the X5. The trial is finished and the judge has decided that the two cars have nothing in common. This car was selled in 200 units until this point, but they plan on selling at lest 1200 more in Europe in the next year. The sentience was ruled by an Italian court and BMW is not happy about it. In the end, they were the one who created the BMW X5 and you can’t say that the car doesn’t look much like it.
