The next-gen of BMW X1 was recently rendered over the internet, with some low details on how the mini SUV would look like.
Since the German car manufacturer is preparing a set new lineup of upcoming generations like X5, X3, which have just been unveiled some time ago, it`s now high time to get all the attention towards the mini SUV X1.
To go back, the model was first introduced in 2009, and right now, the manufacturer is ready to redefine the model, by getting it ready to the assembly line.
This is the first time we don’t get to know how the new X1 would look like, but there are a lot of artists in the world, with a diploma of course, that can draw up the car.
The one single photo showed above might be a rendering of the next-gen of X1, being something between the new X3 and the X5, to let us know how the future model would look like.
The outgoing version is based on the previous generation of the 3-Series, namely the E90, and this new mini SUV would use the F30`s rear-wheel drive platform or the 2014 Mini`s UKL front-wheel drive system.
