We got new evidence that the upcoming BMW 4 Series Convertible gets closer to its debut. We talk about a new set of spy shots which reveal the Bavarian model with the top down during tests in some difficult road conditions.
We expect to see the new BMW 4 Series Convertible later this year as its Coupe version will enter production this summer.
Under the bonnet we will have a wide range of 2.0-liter and 3.0-liter TwinPower Turbo engines with outputs ranging from 184hp and 380Nm of torque to 306hp and 400Nm of torque.
In terms of styling, the new model will use several design cues from the current BMW 3 Series but will also draw inspiration from the BMW 4 Series Coupe concept, a prototype seen for the first time at the North American International Auto Show.
However, the German company will provide new headlights, bumpers and a redesigned hood in order to keep the interest up.
