The BMW F800ST is a motorcycle manufactured by BMW Motorrad starting 2006 and joins the other models in the F range, a series of vehicles which fit the sport touring segment. The German motorcycle comes with a weight of 182 kilograms while a 798 cc DOHC engine is able to deliver 85 horsepower and 86 Nm of torque.
The model is fitted with a six-speed toothed belt drive transmission while the Rotax engine benefits from a cooling system using water.
Other features of the BMW F800ST include a Brembo braking system with 2 discs and 4-piston caliper (front) and 1 disc and 1-caliper (rear). In terms of dimensions, the German motorcycle is 2 meters long, 1,1 meters wide and has a weight of 860 mm.
BMW Motorrad fitted the model with 120/70-ZR17 (front) and 180/55-ZR17 (rear) tires but also with a 16-liter fuel tank. As mentioned above, the BMW F800ST entered the series production in 2006 and is very similar to the BMW F800S.
Actually, the only difference between the two German models is that the F800ST is a touring motorcycle while the BMW F800S represents a sport bike.
