BMW X3 F25 photos revealed on the Dutch website

On the Dutch website of BMW appeared the first details of the new X3. To be a mistake? Or just some teasers? Whatever the answer, the images have already did surround the internet with the second generation of the younger brother of BMW X5 model, which will be released later this month.

So, now we can see the shape of the taillights and bonnet of the new BMW X3, codenamed F25. The lights clearly shows an evolution, bringing them enough with the X5. BMW X3 will be slightly larger in size to distinguish clearly of the BMW X1 model.

The car will have a more prominent grille, framed by refreshed optical blocks. The interior comes with a quality addition to face the strong competition made by Audi Q5 and Mercedes GLK.

Regarding the engines, there is still mystery, but it is possible that the model to offer the twin-turbo 3.0-liter unit (currently on the 335i). Also a 2.0 liter turbodiesel engine capable to develop 204 hp could enter the list of options. The new BMW X3 will be produced at the plant in Spartanburg, USA, with X5 and X6.
