BMW launched a a special Z4 edition in Italy to commemorate 70 years since the victory at Mille Miglia. The model will be built in only 99 copies and will benefit mainly aesthetic changes. The Mille Miglia limited edition of BMW Z4 is based on sDrive 35is version of this model and received a black painted grille, an aerodynamic kit developed by M division and a set of 19 inch chrome alloy wheels with smoky effect.

BMW Z4 Mille Miglia is equipped with an inline six-cylinder engine supercharged with a twinscroll turbine, which develops 335 hp from a displacement of three liters.
