BMW Z4 sDrive35is
BMW introduced this weekend the first informations and pictures of what ought to be the top version Z4 M. But BMW decided the model to be called, classic, sDrive35is. Fans that were waiting for a M version of BMW Z4 has to do with the new sDrive35si, version that will become the most powerful roadster in the range of Munich.
Together with a M aesthetic and technical kit and with extra 34-horsepower compared to sDrive35i, the new Z4 sDrive35is manages to rise at a higher level in all the chapters in comparison with the rest of the range. The most powerful and fastest version of Z4 benefit the input power of the same 3.0-liter twin-turbo engine with six-cylinder from sDrive35i, succeeding this time – with some adjustments especially at the turbines – to develop 340 hp and 450 Nm, with 34 horses and 44 Nm more than in previous version.
In addition to no shortage of necessary torque at the wheel, additional 50 Nm are available which can be accessed by special overboost function. BMW engine is coupled to an automatic Sport transmission with seven reports and dual-clutch that changes its behavior depending on the driving mode selected through Dynamic Driving Control: Sport or Sport +.
