Increasing Sales for BMW
November was a profitable month for BMW. Anoher good news is that the premium segment is on its way back. In November were saled 15,708 vehicles wearing the BMW logo while in the same month of the 2008, 15,217 BMW vehicles found their owners. So, for November, this year, the sales increased by 3.2%. BMW sales for year-to-date deacreased with 23.7%, from 231,053 vehicles sold last year, to 176,374 for the first 11 months of the 2009.
BMW and MINI reported decreasing of sales, in November 2008 the total amount of sales was 19,762 vehicles, now, in November 2009, the sales decreased with 7.5%, reaching 18,272 sold cars. Comparing first 11 months of the last year and first 11 months of this year, a 22.5% deacreasing sales was felt, from 281,565 last year, to 281,110 year-to-date.
BMW’s Certified Pre-Owner vehicles increased in the November of this year by 7.9 percent reaching 8,307 CPO, last year they had 7,700 CPO vehicles. BMW oficials said that they will contiune to improve the X5 and X5 Advance Diesel vehicles and will introduce more new BMW models next year.
