Video: BMW X1 Crash Test

BMW X1 received five stars at Euro NCAP crash test. From twelve cars that took the test, ten of them succeeded to get also five stars at the crash test. The cars are: Chevrolet Cruze, Citroen DS3, Infiniti FX, Mazda3, Mercedes E-Klasse, Mercedes GLK, Opel Astra, Peugeo 5008 and VW Scirocco. Toyota Urban Cruiser disappointed, receiving just three stars.

European independent organization Euro NCAP published today the official results of safety tests performed by twelve of the last emerging market models of the old continent. After one of the most complex ever staged sessions of EuroNCAP, ten of the twelve models have managed to collect maximum stars in safety tests, one of the car, as I said, is BMW X1.

BMW X1 got 87% rating for adult passengers, 86% for child, 63% for pedestrian and 71% related to safety assist. We remind that the EuroNCAP results of each model should be compared with results of other models with similar mass scale.
