BMW extending more in China

BMW increases its production capacity in China and will build another plant in this country during the year 2010. For this achievement, BMW is investing 735 million dollars in China. Bavarians from BMW will invest 735 million dollars in China to increase the production capacity. So BMW and their partners from Brilliance China Automotive Holdings will make a total investment of 5 billion yuans.

The two partners will expand the current factory in Shenyang, which produces the BMW 3 Series and BMW 5 Series. By the end of next year, BMW factory in China will produce 75,000 units per year, more than double the present level of 30,000 units per year.

In 2010, BMW and Brilliance partners will build another factory in China, which will have a production capacity of 100,000 units per year. All these units are intended for China’s market. As you know, the car market in China is the largest car market in the world and many manufacturers have begun to target their ranges to this prosperous market.
