2009 BMW 7-Series Active-Hybrid

BMW will presents the new BMW 7-Series Active-Hybrid at
2008 Paris Auto Show. BMW 7-Series Active-Hybrid version is a rival for Mercedes-Benz S400 Blue Hybrid and uses the 750i’s 4.4 liter V8 Twin-Turbo engine (407hp and 600nm torque) and an electric engine that produces 20hp and 155 lb-ft. This Hybrid system from BMW 7-Series Active-Hybrid and Mercedes S400 BlueHybrid was developed by BMW, Mercedes and GM… that’s why BMW uses that Hybrid System same as Mercedes.
The Active-Hybrid technology will be available for production in 2009 on BMW 7-Series and BMW X6 models.
