BMW 7-Series Hydrogen at the Spartanburg BMW Plant’s Hydrogen Road Tour
The BMW 7-Series Hydrogen, which is part of the 2008 Hydrogen Road Tour, will go on for two weeks, visiting 31 cities. This is an unprecedented cross-country journey that the BMW 7-Series Hydrogen is taking, along side hydrogen-powered cars designed by leading automakers. Among these cars you will find Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sportage, Toyota Highlander, VW Touran, Mercedes A-Class and Nissan X-Trail.
The goal of this unique tour is to appeal to congressional leaders to support the creation of a nationwide hydrogen fueling station infrastructure.
